My February goal was 299 and i made it!!!!! omg i am so excited to meet my first goal. I jumped on the scales like 10+ times and apart from the one time that showed a higher figure the other 9 or so times showed 298.25 so i am so taking it!!! Amazing!! hope everyone else has a good weigh in today too x

Frankie....Bon Voyage....have a good time. I ate what I wanted when I traveled overseas and never gained because of all the walking I did. Is the trip business, pleasure, or both?

Did not get much sleep due to my workout yesterday evening. I am always WIRED after a workout. I am taking some melatonin tonight to get some much needed rest and increasing my water intake. If I don't see a whoosh, I need to do some reevaluating. I am thinking my vitamins may be sabotaging me. But none contain starches or sugars of any kind or yeast so IDK. this is my first time taking a few of them.

I am doing ok so far, day one down. Eating a bit too much and I am on other people's schedule for eating. There are not many restaurants open in the evening around my hotel and the hotel restaurant does not appeal to me. So I walked to a grocery store this evening and got a half of a small roasted chicken for dinner, which was way too much food but better than noodles and pizza. Tomorrow is a shopping day (for work) but I will get to see a bit more of London.

Cassidy- Can you exercise in the morning?

Terri- Bad way to drop the pounds, I hope you feel better tomorrow.

Judy- It is a business trip but I am working with someone I have worked with before so it will be enjoyable as well. I am staying across the street from Windsor and then going to a country estate to work each day.

Krazycat- You are losing nice and steady this month!

Well done Sinderella! I am right with you on the just under 300 i know how easy that lb can creep back on so i am concentrating very hard and moving a couple of lbs further away from that number.

After I saw this number, looked at my supplements. Found hidden starches in 2 of them thanks to google. One is the melatonin which I take 3-4 of!!! and the other was the new magnesium/potasium pill I have been taking. UUUGGHHH. So I will not be taking them. I have found before when lc'ing that supplements with starches and yeast in them slow me waaaaay down and stall me big time. So, cutting them out until I find a clean version.

Frankie- I can but it is sooooo tough getting up. I would have to be up at 4:30 to be at the gym at 5 in order to make it back home, get DD ready and be at work by 8. I think it is doable but I can barely wake up at 6 to get ready for work. I may try it though for like a week to see if it works out because the evening workouts keep me wired for hours.

Terri- Yea my body is sensitive to any starch/ yeast. I was taking a cheap mulitvitamin from Wally and had just started taking it while I was lc'ing last go round. As soon as I started taking the supplement my weight loss halted. I suspected it to be the culprit and as soon as I stopped, weight loss began again. It's crazy. I am just going to cut out the two I know from research contain starches and see if that helps. It gets fustrating when you are on plan and still not losing.

Krazy cat- Yea I would check just to be on the safe side. You will never know.
