Its ok Judy, scale weight is only one measure of fat loss.... scale weight reflects so much more than fat. It could be sodium, hormonal, waste, increase in water/muscle mass and much more. Have a good on plan day.

Weekends are my downfall, not that i go off plan but i end up eating more low carb stuff which means its high carb days. I know especially this weekend where its 3 days of family events that i wont be able to keep my low figure, i will lose it off by weds though. I have been exercising both yesterday and today but not enough to keep the lbs off.

Hi everyone--mind if I join the party? I must say that you guys are a very successful and motivated group!! Very inspiring!

My goal is to get down to 185 by month-end and I'd be totally thrilled to hit that number by Feb. 22nd--my one year LC anniversary!

Zay....Muscle mass.... Only kidding....Thanks. Of course, you are right. That's why I never let an unexplained bounce UP derail me. I get them quite frequently. I still hate them, though.

I got this. Not worried. My hubby is a truck driver and typically, he's home on the weekends. Well, he didn't get home until 7 last night and he's gone again. I had weird eating patterns yesterday because of his schedule. I knew I was grazing too much yesterday on good AND bad foods. DONE.

Cassidy- You have six weeks, you can do it! Get you clean foods in the house and ditch any foods that will tempt you to go off plan.

Z- 6 lbs in 10 days is fantastic!

Focus- If you look at the stats people post you'll see that everybody goes down and up in weight. Weight loss is just not linear and down all the time. You'll get used to seeing the ups and downs and may even spot a pattern to your loss after a while.

totally deserved that, major high carb down yesterday. 100% on track today. Even though I gained I am glad that 1) im noticing and 2) it hasnt taken me off track and still sticking with LC way x

Kali, Focus, Frankie, Z. . . NICE losses! I need to get back on the bandwagon that y'all are riding on!

Totally got honked at yesterday by some guy in a pickup truck. I was walking to my car outside my work. The guy was craining his neck to look! At ME! Bet he had no clue that I was probably old enough to be his momma! THAT hasn't happened to me in quite a while!

Now, granted, I weigh over 220, but I realize that I don't "look" like it. You know, I "carry it well". What I LOVE to do, is see the look on peoples faces when I tell them straight up, "yeah, I have 30 more pounds to lose so I can' get down to 190". Their eyes get big and they're like, "What?? how much do you weigh now?!!?!?" blah blah blah. Thin (for their whole lives) people have NO clue. They assume that we are all lazy slobs that live at the all you can eat buffet line.

I am the picture of the MAJORITY of obese people. Take that blue cross!
