Cassidy- Is your colon cleanse colon "hydro-therapy"? I have wondered about the benefits of that but have never ventured to try it.

Terri- Hang in there. I agree with the size 16's not being fat clothes. You can walk into a regular women's clothing section of a store and find a size 16.

I've got a feeling this is going to be a good month. it's pretty clear that adding just a bit of weight training and cardio to my plan is having an impact. And by just a bit, we're talking about 5 minutes on the bike (1.3 miles, but every day I go .1 further), and 10 minutes of working with weights - 5 before and 5 after.

I'm really excited to be making this kind of progress. I know it can't last forever, but if exercise makes the difference between averaging 2 or fewer pounds a week, and averaging 4 pounds a week - it's worth the 15 minutes.

I really want to see 299 soon. Last night didnt snack at all, normally have pork rinds or nuts to munch on in the evening but was super good last night and distracted myself. Now if only i could keep myself busy with exercise that be even better. One thing at a time though x

I'm sure this is partially related to my sleep patterns of late. I haven't been getting home from work until 12:30 or 1:00 am, and am up by 5:45 am, at work by 8:00 am and do it all over again. Is it April 16th yet?

Z- That is .2lb of muscle gain. But yep, you should return to being a couch potato and eating pizzas and candy bars 'cause low carb doesn't work either!

.2 pounds = I didn't get enough sleep, no "Heavy D", plus weightlifting, plus some additional stressors that I won't go into here. Tomorrow I'm due to push my cardio to 1.5 miles.

Long story short, this was way to hard to get started on to quit now. I have every intention of hitting 155, and I want every advantage I can get. I'll work at this for as long as it takes...

Time to go to bed. I'll get my morning weight posted up here when I wake up at 9:00pm.

Z~ you are rockin it dude! That's the thing I need to remember...getting into a good weight loss mode and getting exercise going..once I stop it is incredibly hard to get going again! You are doing awesome!
