I'm back. All is well with older ds. Dr gave us a few weeks of samples of a newer ADD med that isn't a stimulant, supposed to help with not sleeping and such. DS has to go back in a week.

DS14 is feeling better. I gave him some extra strength cold/flu med this morning and I think that helped him. He said he thinks he'll be well enough to go back to school tomorrow. Woohoo!!! That's good news. I thought for sure I'd end up going to the walk-in with him which would mean another $30 co-pay.

I came back to work since it was so early and I get paid by the hour now, I have to make up my time. I'll stay 30 or 60 minutes, not sure yet. The Pastor is at a meeting so it's nice and quiet.

I have used coconut oil in my coffee and my shakes in the past. It is good for a reduction in hunger, at least for me it works. Plus it's super good for you anyway.

Not a thing Chewie... we are trying to figure out after we submitted that Fafsa form and the Cal grant and scholarship form, what else we can apply for...so I told my son when he goes to the counselor to submit the Cal grant form, which is just for schools here in California....to ask the counselor...Hubs because of that beyotch vindictive boss at the day job.. now has to work 18 days straight without a day off......and it starts today...he told me he is angry as he won't be able to see our son....that's about it...

Well everyone on the planet knows how many jobs my husband works..and what the days are.. especially at the day job.. and every boss there has respected it and he has a permission slip every year to do it.. he said he would work to help out any shift but those days and when he is teaching on Saturday..but she is a beyotch... when the union came, my hubs ran in there real fast to tell his story and left...but he had to sign in..she is vindictive.. and she told hubs that she is going to dock every single of those employees.. and then hubs told me yesterday, she called in one employee to her office and asked him what was said in the meeting....which is against the law.. but the higher boss loves this chick.. which leads me to believe he is sleeping with her.. why protect her... and low and behold, hubs told me he has slept with a bunch of women there.. plus this higher boss said he didn't care how angry the employees were, they could all go to South Central Los Angeles....so my hubs is just trying to keep his nose clean.. but as Kcmama said, it was good to get it on the record...and he immediately left.. so when hubs had that talk with her and the higher boss.. she claimed she didn't know about the second job which was a balled faced lie..so we are waiting for March's schedule.. to see if she will screw him over again or be women enough to respect his wishes as she said she would..

Always something and that is eating at him more than the days he works in a row...so...

I do sew but I'm not very good. I basically can make quilts and stuff like that. I have never done alterations but this blouse is really cute. I think I could fix it, maybe????

Make a bust out of duct tape so you know exactly what size you are and you can fit the shirts to the dummy. Just a few dollars in duct tape and you can have a perfect fit!

LOL you have someone help you and you do one layer of duct tape around your body sticky side up. Then you just wrap your torso in about four or five layers of duct tape. cut the back and slide it off. Stuff it with a few pillows and then tape it up.
