Thanks Lony. DH has lost 11 pounds now! I can't wait until he's lost a good chunk and really starts to feel better. I tell him all the nice things you guys say about his progress. Means a lot.
I was going to say have him sign up but I would not want Mike on the board. This is like my own private place...does that make sense?

Makes perfect sense to me. This is my place. I would feel weird if my DH was here.

Well I've almost got my meatloaf ready to put in the oven. My goodness this is taking a long time, I hope it tastes worth it! First I made the roasted veggie sauce (half of which I'm mixing in with the meat) and then I had to cut up the onions and bell peppers and lightly sautee them to take the crunch away. Don't like crunchy veggies in meatloaf. Almost ready for the fun part....squishing it around with my hands and forming it into a loaf.

Finally got my meatloaf in the oven. Now I can relax for an hour. I made a test patty and cooked it in a skillet and it was all wet and falling apart so I had to add some LC bread crumbs. Then I made another test patty and decided it wasn't spiced enough. Good grief! I'm pooped. Did a load of dishes during all that too. I'm washing as I go, Melinda!

Yeppers, he is gone for his 15 day stint. I dunno what I am going to do. Kick this cold is first on my list. I was feeling good this morning and now it is kinda wearing me down. I don't like it one bit. I guess I should suck it up but I just want a nap.

My meatloaf turned out pretty good. Had broccoli with mine. DH is getting tired of green beans so he's just having a bowl of meatloaf. hah!

DH is talking me down off the ledge. I'm pretty upset. Just got my notice from the insurance company about my recent physical therapy visits and they aren't covering anything. I hate this new insurance. I went about 6 times for 30 mins each. I'm being charged $175 for each appointment. This really sucks! I'm really getting upset over it, and today TOM is here. Strange that DH is the calm one for a change.

Hiya girlies! I'm home on time but no rest for the weary.....cleaning and dinner waiting on me.

Have you noticed if you've been cranky the last couple of days? A friend at work told me its the full moon. Kids have been unusually riled up and fidgety. Adults have been overly stressed and witchy with a b.
