So since I've stopped napping, I am keeping up with my chores and cooking tons more than usual. It's good but by 6 pm, I become a crab! I get so tired that I don't even know what to do with myself. LOL I went to sleep at 9:15 last night and slept straight through till 5 am. 8 hours seems to be good for me until 6 pm tonight. LOL Maybe it won't happen again?

Tonight is taco night! What are you all cooking?

Good morning folks.

So I bought a fluorescent lamp at Petsmart yesterday and some spray that neutralizes urine odor. I scanned the carpet where the smell is and I didn't find any urine spots!

I did find one little kitty hairball (which sort of blends into our brown carpet). But I'm sort of disappointed. I can try just carpet cleaning the whole carpet but I was convinced that one of my cats was peeing in the living room because it got stinky all of the sudden. The former owners had cats....I wonder if it's old pee resurfacing? I'm confused.

Chewie sending prayers to your friend....,you have always tons everyday.....if it was me I would be out like a light...I am a binge/starve person....terrible habit.....it really gets to me when I do really well, walking.....and the scale doesn't move so since teen hood this is the cycle I can't help but go thru....wish I could break it....I do need to stop for sure.....for the past 4 days my body is holding the weight like a glove.....maybe TOM....don't know...

I picked up my son last night...and boy you would think the team lost by a 100 points....he was angry and grumpy....and he proceeded to tell me that he finally had it out with that band teacher.....again he embarrassed my son in front of a bunch of other kids.....my son said he had had it and threw down the tenor harness......at the top of his lungs told the teacher if we can talk privately....went into another room and my son laid into him....of course the idiot band teacher said some horrible things back to him.....but he chose the wrong person this teacher to argue with.....remember my son won the golden gavel for debate.....Inside all of you MoMs, you know I want to go down and rip this man's face off...I told my son I was proud of him for sticking up for himself.....it's something I never had the courage to do.....so when I do now, people don't take me seriously....example like the crap I am going thru with my brother atthe moment....

I hate that man for ruinning the game for him,,,

Well I better get to walking....

I would cover the whole area with baking soda and let it sit as long as possible. Good luck. I know nothing about cat pee.

Melinda---that band teacher does not seem like he should be a teacher. He is very immature and I would feel the same way you do too. Hugs to you and your ds. Luckily this is your son's last year with that jerk. College will be so much better for him.

Thanks Chewie...I was so angry last night..the kid really went into the 9th grade not knowing what a drumstick was.. and he worked his way to the tenors in a year...and there is just no respect from this guy...but as I said I am proud he stuck up for himself... if anything, this is what has come out of it...

I have to cook full dinners...Thurs and Fri and Sat and of course Sun...I am running down to one of my markets today for their one day sale of my ground beef..86/15...2.19 a pound.. I can't believe it...and they also have Coke 4 bottles for 3 bucks...and their laundry soap is 2 bucks cheaper than anywhere else...and seedless grapes for hubs.. so I was thinking since I have taco shells and avocado in the house.. to make tacos as well.....I can get some zucchini while I am there...but I don't know what else to make for my son....I wonder if he would be down for a baked potato....grrr hate to bang my head against the wall thinking of what to make..
