Eliza and Melinda your sons weights sound perfect heck IDK what i would do if Steven was 206 oh man when he was 265 even he looked soo good he ws doing soo very well

he turned his ankl e in his death scene tonight he has it propped with asperceme on it he didn't want to go to the urgent care clinic that is open or even for me to go in walmart and get a brace GAH he has 3 more shows and i am going to worry myself to death about it
it is not bruised any worse actually the bruise looks better hopefully not having school or college tomorrow will help IDK i hate feeling like i don't know what to do all the time heck that ain't like me i was always the "FIXER" i always knew what to do all my gumption for anything is gone

Deb, hope Steven feels better soon. He needs to rest that foot. And he needs to wear a brace. Compression really helps, plus it prevents future repeats.

I know he may not want to rest or wear a brace, but they will make his recovery so much faster!

Elizakins.....my bra has gotten so small....that in the market 2 days ago...it literally started rolling up my back....up the front off the girls to my neck area. OMG...thankfully I was wearing a hoodie...I cried in the car from how foolish I am treating myself..
