I didn't see any of them on TV but sometimes I watch them on the internet later. It's too bad they can't make everyday commercials that entertaining. People might actually watch them instead of run to the kitchen or bathroom.

Wow---where is everyone???? I left work at 12:30, went to the grocery store and made my ds14 homemade chicken soup. It's simmering on the range right now. I needed chicken at the store cause all of mine is giant family packs and frozen. I wish I knew we used all our onions over the weekend but oh well, I just will do without.

For lunch, I had 2 pieces of turkey breast and a tablespoon of guacamole. YUM

Yeah well we have been telling my son since Elementary school.. that there is no money for college and so he is going to to do extra special on that report card.. because out here there is way too much competition....for scholarships and stuff.. so of course the 9th grade he didn't care.. and so now he is sitting at a 3.87 GPA which is fabulous.... but it's not going to move mountains here...that's why we always pushed him so hard...

After that when he is college..I told hubs....it's his responsibility..if he wants to pay loans on crappy grades, go for it...

I am sure you son is going to do well...

Honestly the past years there was some great funny commercials but this year I just didn't see any....Did you see that commercial for Go Daddy.. where that beautiful model had to kiss that nerdy dude weird looking dude.. at first I thought maybe they dressed him up like that.. but one of the guys on my radio program said no he is like that in person, as he went on auditions and he was there...I thought the youtube goat was so cute and the Oreo cookie one....Those are the only 3 commercials that stuck with me for one reason or the other.. The GO Daddy one was so uncomfortable to watch though LOL OMG

I guess, I made chicken soup for ds and he's happy with that but feels so sick. I took a nap and now figuring out dinner. I think I need to take some pain meds for my neck/back. Thanks for asking.

Howdy! How's everyone's day been? Left the house at 6:45 a.m. and finally back home almost 12 hrs. later. Now off to fix dinner.

Sounds like you are carrying all your stress in your neck. Time for the DH to give you a massage.

I hope that the DS feels better soon, you too.

Chews, feel better. Hope your boy feels better, too. Mom's chicken soup will definitely help.

Mona, that whole situation sucks! ------- what an a-hole that coworker of yours is! What she did reflects poorly on her, not you, she obviously lacks social skills and is a small mind who loves feeling important over nothing.

Lony, I know what that tax refund can buy - lots of Klassy boxed wine! I'll help you drink it on our golf cart. I'm having a glass with dinner tonight and will be thinking of you. How's the weather over there?

So now the hot water heater is going---it's been on it's last leg for about a year now. I couldn't even shower today. So I didn't even work out cause I have to wash my hair after 35 minutes---my head gets soaked with sweat. I don't know what dh is going to do but he said he's going to fix it. Don't know when though since he works till 7 or 8 pm every night this week. He's supposed to have Thursday off. Who knows???? I hate everything today. Oh, plus younger ds is home sick with maybe the flu, sore throat and cough. Wonderful---I'll probably get that now too.
Many many hugs, Chewie!

Are you working out on the bike? Great job! 35 min is a lot!

Hope all appliances get fixed and back to normal in no time.

Well, what do you know....I was the first one to be observed this morning. School day starts at 8, she came in at 8:25. Went well, already got the feedback she filled out online, so I have calmed down.

Weather is awesome. Sunny and 50's. I just had a dry honker. I have not been lubing up my nose holes with neosporin as much as I should.

Enjoy your great weather. I boil water at my house when my honker gets too dry. Had a humidifier somewhere but seems like too much trouble to set up. What is the neosporin for? Fungus allergies? Forgive my ignorance......

P.S. .....just remembered....xylitol spray is awesome for dry noses if you haven't tried it already.
