Deb..I have to go and pick up my son from the basketball game 9 or 9:30 pm...which isn't as late as you.... apparently they are expecting the school to win the big championship in both boys and girls.. I said aww ha.. don't be celebrating so fast.. but actually the girl's team is better than the boys..

and it is cold outside..Thank goodness no cricket!! Hopefully....they said on the news that the weather system that Lucky is getting.. is coming from the west...

Sprouts is a good health food store for me.. cause they do bulk bins so its good for quick scoop of something....

i don't know Melinda things are the same doesn't seem to be anything to look forward to any more lol except i need to feed the critters i am used to Steven doing it and sugie is eyeing me funny LOL hard to type in this brace

You know it's funny my son feeds the dogs.. and sometimes he "forgets" cough cough lazy...and I have to remind him.. but my boss man puppy...he doesn't let you forget.. he will start looking around on the table the counters the stove..sometimes my son gets mad cause hubs finds out and my hubs blows his stack.. and sonny boy will go thanks Mom for snitching and I said I didn't say a word.. blame the dog..everyone in this house knows how the dog acts when he is hungry and hasn't been feed..LOL...

I lost a pound...That huge steak was 30 points and my sausage patty was 5 and...and my coffee was 5...so I have 6 points left if I want dinner.. but I am not hungry.. but I think I am making a diet hot chocolate.. cause it is the perfect weather for it later...

Yeah apparently it's some storm from Alaska is bringing rain and snow in some areas...I don't live in a snow area and we had rain yesterday...but for the next 5 days its goung to be mid x60s .....

i think i need to start counting calories while low carbing. Does anyone else count cals? How many do you aim for to get a loss? i am thinking 1000 or less. x
