The almond meal bread I made was good. I found a recipe for almond meal crackers and a recipe that uses almond meal and cream cheese. I was going to try to make that sunday but I never got to it.

Do you need some motivation. TLC has a show called my 600 lb life.

This girl that is on now had bypass surgery. Then when she had lost 132 pounds they removed her hanging stomach. They took off 43lbs. Man, If I could get insurance to remove my hanging tummy I bet I would be close to goal!

can't get TLC anymore no cable i think i watched something similar before though
they had one that were two doctors helping people big medicine i think? i liked that show can't even find re run or anything on youtube

yeah the skin surgery take a LOT off just make sure they do really good stitching they used to show on TV where they were not the most careful to make it pretty and heck i think i would just rather have the saggin skin
one lady int he HCG threads had some skin reduction surgery (and a bo ob lift ) and she loves it

sigh that just made me think of that poor girl that was bedridden and had the WLS and died from it that was a show on TLC too

I don't even care if was pretty, just cut it off. If I went to the doctor every time I had an issue with it I am sure they would approve the removal but who wants to go to the doctor all the darn time?

Ohhh a boob job! Just fill them back up and I would be a happy girl.

Now just how hard would he be laughing once you duped that soup over his head???!! At least he would get a taste of it that way and might decide it isn't so bad!
Melinda...I made the "recipes" you sent for supper. I combined all 3 of them...yours, Linda Sue's and the other one you had. It turned out really good. I cooked up a ton of the hamburger and ground turkey together with onions so I have plenty for some stew and stuffed peppers.

Hubs was really glad about going back on the LC eating. I think he was surprised that I was actually really getting it together and doing it!

I looked at the price of a bag of Almond meal at the store today. It was over $9. I moved right on by!!!

To keep myself inline I'm going to post my meals and anything I have to eat during the day.
B- protein drink
S-small apple
L-tuna with 1 t. mayo and pickles, veggies with humus dip
S-one boiled egg and 8 pork rinds
D-beef/turkey with cabbage and tomatoes
S-hopefully nothing...if needed a boiled egg

Melinda and everyone who is struggling (include me in that category), many hugs! You can do it!

I am up from Twoterville (299ish) back to 308 after some depression binges and lack of attention to my food Thanksgiving through present. I'm back on track though. Stay LC through the day till I get home from work and overdo it in the evening. So I need to tackle that time and figure out how to eat moderately in the afternoon.

Long day with after school tutoring, feeling so tired, about to go roll into bed. Weather is changing so quickly from the 70s to the 40s and back up again in a matter of hours, air pressure is changing, allergens fill the air, it's been a miserable couple of days with bad sinus headaches. Adults and kids alike, should've seen my students today. One is especially sensitive to the changes in air pressure and was out today. So I'm worn out.

Wishing everyone a great evening and sweet dreams.

Deb...thanks for posting this. I guess I have been living in a cave because I have never heard of this man. I pretty much quit reading LC books years ago when I went off of LC. Have you read his book "Good Calories-Bad Calories"?
I think I may order it. He has a lot of interesting ideas and thoughts. Thanks again for posting this!!
