I can not do a daily weigh. It plays terrible mind games with my head. I weigh in about every 2 or 3 weeks or so. No rhyme or reason to when I weigh. I get weighed for my 3 month surgiversary the first week of March.

our power went out last night too from 3 am until about 7 i think and OMG the WIND!! it is unreal!

i will get my nerve up and call them tomorrow i guess

good grief rehearsal for King lear ran until 1 Am i was scared Steven had fell asleep in the dressing room or something and everyone had left without him and with his phone on vibrate UGH i was running around the whole outside of the theater at 12:30 all doors locked UGH i was sitting outside from 10 pm on tonight it is from 6 until probably one again i let him play hooky from HS today but he won't be able to do that the rest of the week

Deb....hop back on the LC train with me. I went to the store today and stocked up on meats and LC items. I just decided this morning that this eating has got to stop!! I am so hung up on sweet. That has always been my down fall.

At the store this morning I was going to get a stalk of celery which has been running between $1.29 to $1.79 It was like $2.59 today!!!!!!!!! OMG. Needless to say I passed it up. I also passed the green onions up. Forever they have always been 2 for $1. Now they are wanting a $1 each for them. I sure wish I had a good place for a nice sized garden.

) For me, I like to pack myself leftover meats from the night before. I particularly like cold pork chops and cold steak or roast beef. Some raw veggies and dip. Can sweeten it up yourself with splenda (or whatever) and add a few crushed berries. If they have access to a microwave there is always LC meatballs with some marinara sauce and grated mozzerella cheese on top (or whatever cheese you like). Chicken wings or chicken drumsticks spiced up different ways...either cold or warmed up in a micro. I will keep thinking about it.

Steven would do the apple!good idea he has unsweetened applesauce in his lunch now LOL they both blech on the cottage cheese and i LOVE it

sigh need something that will work at kens work and stevens school so IDK we all love lunch meat but it really isn't LC they quit carrying the one around here "naturals " or something that didn't have the sugars added of course UGH and i am bringing a total blank

gah i wish i had the gumption to prep everythign for HCG ken and Steven wouldn't be doing it with n=me too much going on but i sure felt better doing a round and 12 to 16 pounds gone would make me feel soo much better

SIGH and we all need new shoes my walking shoes are worn out and the mules i wear don't work for walking IDK if Ken could ever do that with me but after these plays are ove Steven could every now and again

Wow Sue, those prices are pretty high.

I don't really know if you'd be saving money growing them yourself though, when you add up your time, plus the potting soil, fertilizer, water, etc. It would be a fun hobby though. I remember one time my grandma grew some celery and she overcomplicated things so much with adding so much "additives" to the soil that the celery turned out like super celery! It was so strong and tough and pretty much inedible.

Deb will either one have access to a microwave for lunch? In that case there are all sorts of LC casserole type things you can send with them. Like the LindaSue recipes...she has a lot of that type of stuff. Oh! I never think of them because I don't eat eggs....but HB eggs or deviled eggs would be good.
