With DH working the night shift 10 days at a time, I miss being awakened in the middle of the night. It's tough to schedule romantic times when one is asleep or at work when the other one is awake.

Melinda supper sounds so good!

Steven has been at rehearsal since 1 PM it is now 7:20 here and we took him a Subway sandwich and he told us to come on home because it will be at LEAST 10 PM before they get out EEK!

and i m sure every day this week will be 7-11PM! whew but i am soo glad he has it to do way better than sitting here looking at me KWIM?

Wow, Deb, these are some lengthy rehearsals! It's good that he is out there among young people having fun and doing something creative.

Hi everyone,

i only gained 0.25lb from Sunday which is a total achievement for me, normally on Monday i am looking at a 4lb gain

anyway today is the start of a brand new week, feel really positive. This month has totally flown by almost already.

Been cooking alot more low carb than i ever cooked before. Made Coconut bread yesteraday, taste like sweet toast after you dry pan fry it. worked out to be only 1g carb

i wont eat it everyday but nice for a sunday morning treat x

Good morning. It's Monday. Bleck. DH and ds14 are off today. Actually dh has a few days of vacation this week. He is working O.T. on Thursday though. We just can't turn it down---time and a half.

The Chinese dinner was a big hit. The parents never have Chinese food so it was different and they enjoyed it. They said the blueberry cheesecake was good too. I didn't have any. I made decaf coffee and had a cup of that instead. I just don't have the room in my tummy.

Dh plans to get the camaro running this week. It's his project car. I hope he is successful. It will be our extra vehichle.

Also, we've decided to get a rebuilt engine for the Chrysler 300M for me and sell the van. I am tired of driving a mini van--had it since 2004 and really don't need it anymore. The 300M is in such great shape with all the bells and whistles. All it needs is an engine. Yeah---all it needs, right? LOL Dh found a guy to install it and the engine even comes with a 3 year warranty. It should cost us less than $3000 and then we'll have a beautiful luxury car.

oh man i don't want to EVER get rid of my minvan! LOVE IT had it since 2005 201K miles on it already told Ken when this engine dies we have to put a new one in it i use it like a truck! lol but way more comfortable i even have a hitch on it and it has stow and go soo i can have a completely flat surface to haul stuff if needed and lots of different seat arrangements too plus i have my seat wallered out just right
