Good Morning Lynn...hope you feel better soon.. I heard on the news that the flu season is over on the east coast and the mid west.. but it's still flu season for us....

So I found a new flavor of Lays chips.. there are 2... Sirochi...however that is spelled and chicken and waffles...so I got the later...wished it was just like fried chicken flavor and lose the waffles...I guess you have to vote what is the new flavor.. I say bleck to both...

Not very interested in the spiritual aspect of yoga, much more in its physical and calming benefits. No doubt it will help my super tight muscles which cause lots of problems, especially in the neck and shoulders. And the anxiety-reducing benefits will also reduce the tight muscles. I carry my tension in my neck and shoulders.

I just have to find a room to isolate kitty while I do it because every time I've tried to stretch in front of the TV in the family room, he thinks it's a game and tries to bite my feet.

before netflix took all the exercise ones off instant CANDLELIGHT YOGA on there was GREAT very soothing and nice LOL all the kittehs love when i get the yoga mat out and yeah they are all up in whatever i do

wish we were where we could do it together being alone i won't do anything ya know?

Eliza you can do yoga. When I was younger I was so flexible and bendy. Being double jointed in a lot of places helped with that. Now I can barely do the splits.

Girl, you can do splits? I'm afraid if I tried I'd get stuck in that position and not be able to com up.

The big fat cat alarm thingie made me laugh like crazy! I can just imagine him plopping his fuzzy cat butt on top of you and demanding treats. Treat or I fart!

My cheesecake is done. This time I sprinkled the blueberries on top cause they usually sink to the bottom and then it's too wet. They stayed on top and look really pretty. DS14 can't wait. Silly kid!

my computer doesn't have a web cam ! dang it and the one i had for my old desktop doesn't work anymore even with the desktop dinosaur(that one is a corded one 10 years old)
