B EAUTIFUL house someone had been building it and something happened and the builder got stuck with it and he is finishing it to get his money out of it by selling it HUGE living room and huge Kitchen/dining room 3 bedrooms 2 full baths and a garage

Ashley is working tonight so Steven went up there to spend the nigth and paly video games with Kenny WHEW

SNOW everywhere today and not a flake stuck was soo beautiful though
Steven has rehearsal tomorrow and this week until the 2nd is going to be a busy busy time for him and then WHOUMP we will be =back to not having much to do

Congrats to Kenny and Ashley! Sounds like they found a good deal.

So today we are doing a Chinese menu in honor of the New Year. Appetizers will be dumplings and mini egg rolls. Dinner will be stir fried veggies and beef. The beef as been marinating over night. Dessert will be a blueberry lc cheesecake. There are not a lot of desserts in Chinese cooking.

Well, I went to bed at midnight which is late for me. Still feeling half asleep and it's past 8! What I need is a strong cup of coffee and to get moving around the house. Sheets and towels aren't gonna wash themselves.

I'm also coloring my hair today. I'm allergic to PPD in hair color, and since they discontinued Loving Care (semipermanent) which doesn't have it, I've been graying. Someone suggested the Sally Beauty version and I allergy tested it last week, didn't get any rashes, so it's a go today.

P.S. I'm also considering starting yoga. Already have Heavyweight Yoga DVD made specifically for obese people. Not very interested in the spiritual aspect of yoga, much more in its physical and calming benefits. No doubt it will help my super tight muscles which cause lots of problems, especially in the neck and shoulders. And the anxiety-reducing benefits will also reduce the tight muscles. I carry my tension in my neck and shoulders.

I just have to find a room to isolate kitty while I do it because every time I've tried to stretch in front of the TV in the family room, he thinks it's a game and tries to bite my feet.

I want it to go away!! My husband works for an oil field services company so we live in our RV. Not much room inside for excercise and too yucky outside. I am doing what I can though.

Sue thank you so much for the happy dance. I am trying to lose my Christmas spread.

Eliza you can do yoga. When I was younger I was so flexible and bendy. Being double jointed in a lot of places helped with that. Now I can barely do the splits.

My first rule of eating is Protein first. I don't have much room in my tummy for much so that is most of what I eat. My older ds has lost about 20 lbs and younger one about 12??? They are both very happy but they have not experienced the reduced appetite due to lc. I wish they would. LOL

Before I met Mike he was into models. He had a whole shed full of them. We tried to give them away and no one wanted them so I thought hey, lets put them on ebay. You know twenty bucks is twenty bucks.

He divided them into three lots..WWI, WWII and Misc. trucks and cars.

We ended up getting over a thousand dollars for them! It paid for my wedding dress.
He likes to tell everyone it took two armys to buy my dress.

The neighbor on the right of me.. the good neighbors.. unlike the heifer to the left of me and her family....are taking down the fence that divides us.. and they saw sonny boy yesterday... and he says OMG I haven't seen you in ages.. you look so rail thin LOL.. my son says Ma I don't think I have ever said a word to them..I said that's cause you grew taller...cause he lost his weight a few years ago and has kept it off...

Anyway onward to the store for dog food, ice cream, some soda, cream cheese....hopefully I can remember that...it took me a half an hour to remember why I was going up there....

I saw this thing on WLS surgery.. this girl was 18 and the mother was making her have it... this was in England...she weighed I think like 378 pounds...the doctor was explaining all the things to her, nutrition etc... pills she would be taking.. something called dumping... the nutritionist said that Soda was the worst for WLS patience that it stretches the stomach back.. who knew....aww well time to go to the store and get cracking with my menu today.....

Just a quickie checkin and hi. It's been awhile. Took off to Vegas to meet my daughter...it was great seeing her...then halfway thru the trip...got the flu...anyone have it yet?...NOT fun...still not back to normal..whatever that is...she got it also, but, luckily not until she was home...ugh...she is bouncing back quicker than 'old me'..

...and it really puts you in the doldrums on top of it...DBF is afraid to come near me...I don't blame him after listening to me cough my few remaining brain cells out.

I may never catch up on the posts..but, wanted to say hi to you all...
