Lony, I have a friend with a beaver skull whose teeth look like your beaver, except his are really yellow. You never know where the Beav is going to be or what he is going to be doing when you open facebook.

Well we applied to 7 schools.....and we only heard from the one..my hubs keeps asking him, but sonny boy hasn't accepted the offer...unless a miracle I don't think USC is going to accept him...you need a 31 ACT and he had a 29... But we shall see.....

I am so addicted to this Jody Arias court case....

Hi to all....
I fell asleep early and I woke up and couldn't go back to sleep so here I am. I hate it when I do this. The sad part is I have a little alarm clock that will wake me around 6:30. His name is Eli!!!
Deb...you are such a good mom to take Steven to all his practices. Some day he will look back and see that. Maybe he does already.
Everyone's little green light is off except for Mona and mine. I know she is up! I caught her over on FB playing games. LOL
I think I'll go try a little tv and see if that makes me sleepy.
May I be the first to wish you a happy GH Day!!!!

Good Morning Sunshines.

It is moving day. We are headed into to Sheridan to help friends move into their new house. Thank goodness the snow has stopped for today.

Have a wonderful day!

Good morning. Happy Saturday! DS14 has another friend over since last night. They have to make a video for science on inertia. WTH???? I made them sausage, ham, bacon and cheese burritos for breakfast. I filled them up too and this friend ate 2. I had made 3 and was going to warm one up for ds18, he's still sleeping. He was at a buddy's house till about midnight so he'll sleep for a while I'm sure.

Dh went to Sam's on his way home yesterday and went crazy. He bought all kinds of stuff. He bought a giant 2 lb bucket of strawberries. I'm going to make a dozen chocolate covered ones and a dozen cheese cake stuffed ones for tomorrow's dessert. I am even going to have one if I can fit it in. LOL

Today I have to clean the jalapenos, make guacamole, make the strawberries, make a cheeseball, make almond thin crackers, lc bbq sauce for the lil smokies---I think that's all for now. Oh, and marinate the wings too. Accckkkk I better get started.

Oops, I was wrong. DS18 is up and wants a burrito. BBL

Man I couldn't sign in today....

Good Morning Ladies...had a whole post this morning and I guess my thing was down....

Sue.. I had to laugh.. because I remember when my son was that age...and here it was Saturday Morning.. and all of a sudden I would hear about 4:30 5:00...AM... MOMMY I AM DONE MOMMY I AM DONE MOMMY I AM DONE...grrrr he would get up use the bathroom and then call me for me help LOLOL!! Hope your enjoying your day...

Mona....how is that Salisbury steak??? I LOVE IT....

Chewie.. I just bought a pound of strawberries for 99 cents, they smell so good.... and at the Walfarts they had some frozen Organic blueberries marked down to 1.00 and some believe this or not sausage balls, marked down to 2 bucks.. so that will be a nice addition to my fruit salad and an extra something for dinner tomorrow night..I am going to get ice cream.. as per usual and I am going to buy a store bought Angel Food cake and make a lemon glaze.. since I have that fresh lemon.. ..I was going to take my hubs to the movie yesterday but Sonny boy wants chicken wings.. so my hubs said go ahead and buy the wings instead...so...pisses me off...I wouldn't have been that selfish.. but that's a teenage brain I guess...

I bought one Serrano Chili and it came out free but I can't find it...what good is free...

Anyway....so packages all put away and that's that..

Melinda my salisbury steak came out great! I did something different....I slowly caramelized the onions for the gravy. Winner!

I noticed that Melinda and Chewie both said they bought strawberries. I've always been hesitant to buy the winter berries because I never think they will be ripe. haha. You know, most of the time store bought strawberries look better than they taste, KWIM? I miss the road side stands in California....man those were some good berries!! I can't find very good strawberries in Oregon.

Well sounds like both of you ladies have a lot of cooking going on for the weekend. I'm getting my laundry done. I'm all set with leftovers (taco meat and sals. steak). Have lots of cold cuts and fruit for lunches. Another weekend draws to a close for me.

My hubs LOVES fruit salad....and I usually throw in a can of Mandarin oranges and pineapple....so eventually it picks up the flavor if its not sweet...these I bought today were good....last week it was tart...OMG LOL it just dawned on me at the 99 cent store I bought a jar of Maraschino cherries LOL...

Problem is what am I making tonight..I am making myself a chef salad....and some baked chicken....maybe chicken parm for them.

Whewww! Cooling down. I'm all red in the face and sweaty. Just swept and mopped the kitchen floor, and took out one cat box and emptied and washed it out. Going to set up the clean one with new litter than change out the 2nd one. It's so much nicer having 2 boxes. I was always paranoid that the cats were going to pee on the floor when their box was being cleaned.

I told DH that cats + 1 = how many litterboxes you need. We've had 1 for years and at one time had 3 cats, now have 2. But I finally got a 2nd box a few weeks ago. Anyhow, DH made me totally crack up because he said Well according to that equation if you have 0 cats you need 1 cat box.

Sorry on the mopping....you are on your own. I'm pooped! I still need to fold my clothes too. I don't think I'm going to be getting to bed in 30 mins like I should.....
