Wow, it is after 8:00 a.m. and I am the first one to be posting?! Reminds me of a song I learned as a Grand Officer travelling in my state one summer with other Grands:

Mine too---the oldest one although the younger one will drink it once in a while although at least it's diet but it's full of nasty chemicals and caffeine.

Good morning and happy valentine's day. My crazy dh came home last night with 3 giant bouquets of flowers---1 from each of my boys and he had the boys come down and parade into the family room with a bouquet each and then he came in. LOL What a nut!!!

He is going to the hospital for a steroid shot(s) today--they are doing it in his back while he is on a table with an Xray machine on top showing them where to do it. WOW. I sure hope it helps him. Then he was asked to work so he's going and it's his normal day off. We sure could use the O.T. pay though so that's why he's going in. Teenagers are so expensive.

I took 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt and sprinkled on some SF jello powder, strawberry banana to be exact. Mixed it up and ...........

Perfection. 4 carbs of wonderful deliciousness.

How is everyone today? i must admit i do drink fizzy drinks but only like 500ml a day at most.i need it in the afternoons to wake me and keep me sane. When it starts affect my weighloss i would force myself to stop.

Going swimming tonight so excited but so nervous as well. I know i be wearing a costume but i just feel so naked. Love swimming but dread being so bare. Wish me luck x

Focus, I used to be jealous of the men who wore long baggy swim trunks. My legs are horrible. I finally ordered me a pair of men's pink swimming trunks to wear over my suit. I feel so much more comfortable.

I have short legs but a long torso so I wear tankinis and for my bottom part I wear shorts too.

Works great for me plus you can easily change sizes and no biggie. One piece suits don't fit me too well---always pulling.

Today I have to go to Aldi's for some stuff and then go home and make a chocolate fudge pie---yes, it is lc. Plus if I find some nice strawberries, I will dip them in chocolate too. Dinner is going to be catfish and jumbo stuffed shrimp. I might also make some creamed spinach too.

BTW, my family loved the almond cheese rounds I made yesterday--sort of like a flat cheese biscuit. I didn't try it. Here's the recipe for anyone that is interested:

Almond Cheese Rounds-Low Carb Recipe--6 servings/ 1.5 carbs per svg
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Preheat oven to 350°
2 Mix up all ingredients.
3 Press into 6 muffin top pans to make the round shape.
4 Bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
5 Really good coated with butter & garlic and put under the broiler for a few minutes.

I have a one piece suit. Have never tried wearing anything else before. I have always been big chested even since my teens

and once when i was younger i had a bad experience where i accidentally exposed myself

and ever since then i am worried about doing it again.

last night i even was worried there wouldnt be any stairs going in and out of the pool, i was panicking imagine myself stuck in the pool with no way of climbing out

Those almond crackers sound really good! Those recipes for almond meal crakcers and stuff have been floating around the boards for years and I've never tried them! I really should.

oh man here it is downed like water! CRAZY but Ashley and her two sisters that is ALL they drink especailly the youngest one and their teeth are fine Ashley will be 23 in May Beth is 14 and Charlotte is 12 really really staartled me when she came up to me because i HONESTLY would not have thought it was her

I am just relaxing on my first day off. Just made breakfast for DH and I. He had bacon, eggs and an english muffin. I had a bacon lettuce cheese sandwich. I don't like raw tomatoes so I sub cheese.
