I also love these!
Almond joys 2T butter 1T coconut oil 1 T baking cocoa 2t heavy whipping cream 1T unsweetened coconut 1T sliced almond slivers 1 Packet truvia I put the butter in a small glass bowl and melt for 20 seconds or so in the microwave. Then I stir the coconut oil and truvia packet melt it with the butter, then add the baking cocoa until smooth. Add the whipping cream and it looks just like chocolate ganache. Then I add the coconut and almond slivers. You can eat it like this, but...... I put about 5 mounds on a piece of parchment paper on a plate and put it in the freezer for about 20 minutes

Or how about some peppermint fudge
Ingredients • 3/4 cup heavy cream • 1 stick butter • 3 tbsps vanilla extract • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract • 6 squares unsweetened chocolate • 8 oz splenda Directions 1. Melt butter on low heat, and add chocolate. After melted, remove from heat, and stir in cream, vanilla, peppermint and Splenda. Mix till all is dissolved. 2. Pour mixture into 8x8" pan that is lined with foil or parchment paper. Freeze. 3. Cut with a knife into 64 squares. 4. Keep stored in the freezer. |

Lony those little dresses are just so cute!!! Thanks for sharing then.
Did you put velcro on the back for the closing or buttons? Button holes are one thing I never learned to do. Oh...and zippers. I never could get those to look decent. Now...where is that picture of you eating that ice cream!!!??? ![]() |

Deb, Lony thanks so much for those ideas!! They sound terrific!
Eliza, hmmmmm, I have never made a hot artichoke dip. Is it easy? I do have blue cheese dressing for the pork rinds though. Keep 'em coming ladies. I am going to go check that thread out though, Deb. |

Mona, 300-500 mg of magnesium citrate are optimal, watch out for loose stools, everyone reacts differently. I would start with 300 and go up from there. Take it before bed, that way if you need to poo, at least you won't be at work.
Sorry about the ACV....taste is not the best. I dilute 2 tbsp in 16 oz water bottle. Braggs tastes more like apples to me. |

Good morning. No snow but we did get some flurries.
A funny: I got up at 5:30 to see snow or if school was delayed. I poured coffee, went to get my coconut milk creamer----ended up pouring some chicken broth in my coffee cause it is the same kind of carton. ROFLOL YUCK! Lucky it was a tiny amount. What a way to start my morning. |

Hi again. I went to Walmart. Accckk. I had something to return and wanted to see if there was marked down meat, found the motherlode and filled my freezer!!! Things are just so expensive and with all of us eating lc now---wow. 2 teenage boys eat as much as 3 or 4 regular people. Ran home, put everything away and made it to work at 8 am.
I even did a bunch of dishes this morning from last night. |

I can't say anything I once used scrubbing bubbles instead of spray starch. Oh and I also used a can of foaming window cleaner instead of hairspray.

Chewie, your post made me think of my husband. We went to a Prime Rib supper that one of the companies we buy from provides. (I tell my husband it costs us $15,000 a plate.) The light was low and they had horseradish. My husband thought it was slaw and helped himself accordingly. He doesn't like horseradish and complained for the rest of the night how it had ruined his Prime Rib.
