I ate fried fish! What shall I do...

Hi,

I didn't plan dinner today -- went to Mom's house -- and I ended up eating her delicious yet carby fried fish... what shall I do to get back on the wagon? I'm afraid that I will stall in my weight loss... Behlor

Start right now. Don't use this as an excuse to fall completely off the wagon. You just had a little stumble. You didn't fall. The last time I was on LC and lost 40 lbs, I had a little cheat once a week.

Being prepared is an important thing for me too. I almost always have problems if I'm not prepared.

Hi, JazLyn,

Not too good... I lost my wallet, so there goes my grocery money for the week... I didn't realize how expensive it is to maintain LC when you have to choose between ramen and cheese -- or eggs, for that matter... I gained a little, which is not horrible, but it's not something to cheer about either... I want my 10-pound weight loss, now! Behlor
