Had a good day food yesterday but did not get in all the protein I wanted so I must focus on that today.

Blondie-I will need a lot of surgery when I am through with weight loss. I have always considered that I would have to go out of the country for this. For me probably Mexico, Central or South America will work great. The surgeons are highly skilled and many are US trained. When you start your thread I will ad one name that I have seen in my research from a doc who specializes in patients who have had significant weight loss. I will wait until I am at goal for surgery, which at the rate I am going will be this late summer or early fall. I will need a full lower body lift including thighs, brachioplasty and breast lift.

Cassidy and Judy- Nice losses ladies!

Susan- Yep I have really gone through the sizes too. I am not really sure just how big I got because of elastic waist bands. I think I was between 26-28. So the 20lbs for every drop in size sounds about right.

Rayne~thanks hon! I dunno wth is going on. while I know that I had 1 DD that I ended up doing a MD just cause I couldn't stop snacking...but sheesh, this is ridiculous.. I'm gonna end up with the same weight at the end of Jan. as what I started with. This is no bueno! A fellow JB told me to stay the course and trust the process so I'm trying but it's really testing my patience! And no, you def do NOT look like you're 48! I prefer to stay in a perpetual state of 29 myself!

I am doing the fat fast starting today. I was researching last night on some recipes. I used to do tuna with lots of mayo (i love mayo) and dill relish and mustard and boiled eggs. Gonna try that again along with chicken salad and egg salad. Fat fast... not over 1,000 cals so says Dr. Atkins book. Y'all better say a prayer.

I really don't need help. I have simply figured out how to maintain my weight. Only problem is, I have about 30 lbs to go for goal BEFORE maintenance! I know what I "could" do to start dropping again. For one, I need to give up my deliciously creamy, sweet coffee that I'm drinking two LARGE cups of every morning!

Another long hospital day today. Payoff was a nice rib-eye and fresh guacamole for dinner.

Terri- Maybe try deleting the coffee for two weeks and see what happens? You can always add it back in slowly after that.
