I'm not really doing it on purpose, but I'm only eating one meal a day and the only snacks I'm eating (when time allows) are low carb. I've been able to avoid the cookies, popcorn, and candy we keep in the office so far. I hope I can keep it up! Weighing in daily definitely helps!

I think the carbs in my breakfast were a bit high as I was rushing to get to work yesterday. The eggs and cheese on the sausage egg and cheese biscuit must have had junk in it. I am cooking tonight so I will be prepared for the rest of the week. I am working on cooking at the beginning of the week so that meals are prepared. I need to get on a schedule.

Well, headed in the right direction once again. I want to thank you all for your kind words after my last post. I read all of them. I swear I cried the whole time I was reading. I felt a sense of relief in knowing that after posting such a set back, I wasn't being judged or forced further into humiliation. I still dont know why I went on such a binge or why I got so depressed. Im not 100% over it yet but Im doing much better now and starting to get my carb counts back under control.

Thank you all for being so wonderful.

Blondie~ Proud of you for getting back up and moving forward. I don't think any one has room to judge another because we all have our issues with food, dieting, and weight loss.. it is just plain HARD. We are here to support you and help you any way we can. One day at a time, you can do this.

Kali, Zay, Terri~ you guys are melting your way into new decades. Yeah!!!

New numbers for me still stinging a bit today.. it is what it is and yeah, I do need the new scale so I guess I gotta just suck it all up.. :/ I think once I can get past my low on the old scale (228) it won't hurt so bad.

I've been in a funk lately, hovering around 297 no matter what I do. all the way up to yesterday, when I weighed in at 297.6 in the morning. I got home from work though, and had come down to 295. How odd. usually the night number is a few pounds higher than the morning number...

This morning (afternoon to real people)?

293.8

Every time I think I've made all the progress I can, something will happen and I'm down from 297 to 293 in a single day.

I traveled today so I did not weigh. I am away and won't be back to my scale until Monday. I will try and weigh here just to keep tabs on if I am going up or down.

Bad day yesterday! After getting my birth certificate in downtown Manhattan, I lost my wallet It had money and valuables and what not... I was forced to eat Hormel no-bean chili for dinner: what a scam! It's full of soy and oatmeal, eww! I hope that you all enjoy a better day than I did... Behlor

1.11.13 = 249.6 lbs
1.12.13 = 247.8 lbs
1.13.13 = 244.6 lbs
1.14.13 = 243.4 lbs
1.15.13 = 243.0 lbs
1.16.13 = 242.0 lbs
1.17.13 = 242.2 lbs (must be the Chinese shrimp and veggies I ate for dinner)
1.18.13 = 243.2 lbs (you win some, you lose some! But Hormel is gross!)
