My goal for this month is to stay on plan and lose consistently even if it goes slowly.
Re-Start....11/01/12....249.4 11/30....247.8....Better than UP, but not enough. 12/31....245.6....At least I had a small loss for the month. December is the worst month for me. Week 1: 01/01/13....246.6... .....New Year's Eve...bad.01/02/13....247.6.... Probably still from New Year's Eve.01/03/13....246.8 01/04/13....246.4 01/05/13....248.0....I deserved this....had Pizza last night for my b-day dinner. Back on plan today!! Thank you Sweet Danielle! Woohoo on getting back to lowest! Mine is 293. Just a few more. I'm following Terri's lead and it's working for me now. I'm not taking any classes this semester and have much less stress. Hope you have a great weekend!

@Behlor-Welcome! @Danielle-Congrats on getting to your low. @Rayne- What is the concept of a spud day? Had a good day yesterday stress wise. I did have some planned hummus and pita (did not go over my carb limit), so I think that is why I have not dropped today. Several JUDDDers (and I think a LCer and HCGer?) have been trying a potato hack (either by-the-book or modified) brought to our attention by Ouizoid. Spuds with spices/seasonings, malt vinegar/ACV, salsa, low-fat broth, no fat (or up to I think 1 teaspoon per potato). For people doing a modified hack -- with other foods on the same day -- they make sure to keep something like a 4-6 hour window between protein foods and their potato meals.
Some people are reporting really good losses that don't spike back after returning to their regular WOE, others not so much. A few reported GI distress, presumably from eating either the skins or potatoes that still had the green layer under the skin (which is toxic). I can't do repeated days of the potato hack because of boredom ...but I've noticed it really helps with TOM bloat, or in my case, perimenopausal 'ghost TOM' bloat this month. Hi Tango. I know what you mean. Sometimes I actually think that I may have adult add because of this. It helps to write everything down on paper that I plan to do...work, chores, shopping, cooking etc...I need to get a daily planner...I had one last year with 6am - 7 pm which helped me alot.

I get off-track sometimes too, especially since I don't have a 9-to-5 job... but as zay says, it's good to track down your daily events... if you have it down on paper, it's more permanent... funny that you used to consider your "blues" depression... I used to think that way, but I turn 33 this year, and I think that so-called depression is not knowing how to get the things you want... that's why goal-setting is so important... Behlor

I am a daily weigher, also since I have diabetes I also check my morning blood sugars, so going to include that too. Started the Year at my lowest but something went wrong so going to get back there. Just started LC two days ago.
