I did a search in my file and found it..I literally typed that 10 times..but it didn't take to the 11th time...
My son was yelling at me this morning cause I kept getting confused about a button in the car....I said to him did I ever do that to you when you were learning your ABC's? |

Aww well. ...Today for me is a breathe day...unless hubs comes home and blows it for me..
My periwinkle blue nail polish is still looking fabulous....had some raspberry ketones, 2 eggs, bacon, sausage patties...yeah oink oink and a mooooo mooooo too...so far so good |

It was 70 yesterday, it's sleeting and blowing today, and Thursday night it is supposed to be 2. No wonder people and baby calves are sick.
I may be heading to Iowa. My son totaled his semi on slick roads. If his company fires him, which I strongly suspect they will, we will have to go get him. My daughter is so upset, I don't want her driving by herself. |

The pork potato cups turned out good. They were so tiny once I got them cut in half. LOL. They were about 2 or 3 bites big. DH ate his with ketchup but I put a little dab of butter on mine. I felt it needed some more moisture with the good amount of potato still left on the skins. Next time I'll just put a tiny bit of butter in each shell before putting in the pork meat. 2 thumbs up!

OH Mona..thanks for the tip with the butter!!!! Did you use plain pork or barbecue pork???
My hubs could eat a farm load of potatoes and donuts....so I thought by making it in a smaller potato it would be a good idea.. |

I used the pork meat with the Mexican spices. But I think it would be just as good with BBQ pork. Oooh a little dab of sour cream would be good too.

Thanks Mona...I will tell you on Sunday.. how the barbecue pork was. the only thing is, that I didn't make it by scratch.. it's Tony Romas frozen barbecue pulled pork..but oh well...if there is a potato underneath it.. then all is right with the world for them..
Sour cream does sounds good and a bit of avocado! |

temp was in the 50s last i checked supposed to cool way off and be 18 for the high by friday buckets of rain all day long and the wind is FIERCE hopefully the electric is back on to stay

this is all soo strange IDK what speed the winds are going but man since about 10 pm last night i swear i thought we were going to have another tornado! the wind is a bit better now but the rain is still coming down in buckets it is ankle deep in the yard
taking steven to rehearsal hope the electric and internet will stillbe on when i get back my kindle is charged though! and i am scared to take a chance and take my computer again afraid of another dead battery |

Mona - Hi and Good Night......I keep missing you. I think too you should really consider having someone in to help with the cleaning. You do so much and especially right now - when you're not up to par with the physical therapy and the bp acting up. You're doing great to not miss work.
Lony, my Swedish cucumber reciper.............everyone here loves those cukes - I think of you every time I make them. Going to make another batch tomorrow as a matter of fact. You are going to be dealing with some major drifts with 50MPH winds and more snow. Poor Fred - you're going to have to clear out a run for the poor little fellow. All this talk of potatoes - yummy - I want some too. I try to stay away from them too often. That being said - sigh - I'm planning on potato soup this week. Sounds so good with the cold coming. Chewie - you know you can put up with a lot when you know you are only going to have to tolerate it for just so much longer. Gives you incentive to just move on - they are being stinkers. So sad too - when you think this is church oriented people??? I'm sure you feel like telling them the old 'do unto others as you would have them do unto you'...........maybe a tee shirt? That would be really on the mark. NO super bowl here - ds is going to a friends, and dh isn't planning on watching it since he's not particularly fond of either team playing. Lucky - anything new on your vandalism? Really sad when you feel this way about your county law officers. I know what you mean though - we had that when we lived in Ohio. Sorry to hear about your sil's accident. Glad that he wasn't hurt though. Safe travels if you have to go to Iowa. Curious - how did you come to use the raspberry ketone pills? I've heard of them as well as green bean coffee extract and white bean extract.. This is where Eliza is such a find - she's always reading about things having to do with health. I've not tried any of them - but - do have to admit - have been tempted. Will be interested to see how you do with them in the next couple of weeks. Now that Melinda is doing them too - will be a good comparison for you and her.
Melinda........I do the potato too. Have never used the bbq - always filled mine with taco meat, melted cheese and sour cream.......boy - that sounds so good. I even bought a small bag of potatoes - making potato soup, and just might take a few and try these potatoes too. I don't use many potatoes, rarely buy more than 1 at a time. I love potatoes in any form, fried, baked, buttered, parsleyed, scalloped. Sigh - that's why I don't have them around very much. I eat tooooooo many. OOOOOh - blue nail polish - you are the stylish one. Bet they are beautiful. I'm still in the pinks and reds - have so much - keep wanting to use it up before I buy new. Don't tell sonny boy that I'm not a Ravens fan, lol - he'd not like that. Good luck on the game - if he ends up spending it at home....... Deb - wow - sure sounds like you are having some kind of weather. Safe travel this evening taking Steven to practice. Do not like those kind of winds. Too scary for me. Hope your electric managed to stay on too. They are calling for weather to move in here tonight too - you must have sent it over........supposed to drop 25 degrees tonight. They had high wind warnings going across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge all day. Sure glad when we got on our side - didn't want to have to spend any longer in Annapolis. Linda |
