Dinner tonight was good. Pan fried pork steaks, baked potatoes with butter and dill, roasted carrots, and pickled beets! YUM. Dh really liked it too. So, I scored. We are the only two eating at home. Oldest went to meet friends, ds went to Oklahoma Joe's with friends, and youngest went to a friend's house. I am sitting for a few minutes before going in to face the dirty dishes and pots and pans.

Not personal, thats what we are all here for. I lost from 430 to 330 low carb, did some yo yoing back and forth with hcg then was 320 and had lapband December a year ago.
I still don't lose unless I eat low carb, I just don't really overeat anymore.

I feel great, my joints are starting to show the effects of a lifetime of abuse, all I can do is keep taking it off to help them if I want to keep doing hair.
My lapband was completely paid for by TriCare, my husband is retired Air Force.

Deb.. they were saying on the news last night that we are now over 11 degrees than normal temps.. yesterday we hit 83....I am telling you.. there Global Warming and that is all I am gonna say.. pretty soon the stupid friggen crickets will be back...

So I had to stop in my neighborhood store cause I forgot stupid milk.. my son is on a cereal trip lately.. and I have to buy the "chocolate ones" so he can drink the "chocolate milk"... So at Walfarts they had the huge box of Captain crunch chocolate flavor.. guess that's new for 2.99...the huge box.. that kid could probably eat that by today...anyway but I forgot the milk.. so I ran to the store up the street and they had a half gallon of milk for 1.89 and they had LOLOLOL...Holiday chocolate chips for 75 cents a bag.. and so I may have to use some of my crescent dough to sprinkle in those puppies in the dough.. anyway.. so.. I got my jarred coffee on sale from 7.99 to 3.99.. so guess it was meant to be...

Pretty soon the kid will come out and the day begins..
