This looks great.

No Guilt Cream Cheese Frosting
I was looking for a way to make a cream cheese frosting with out all that powder sugar and came up with this. its light and creamy and guilt free if you want it to be. it doesn't matter if you use fat free cream cheese or sugar free pudding mixes. any flavor, so you can change it to go with different things. and when I told my mom she demanded a copy, she is even going to send it to weight watchers and save it for the Diabetic cook book.
Prep time: 15 Min Serves: about 2 cups
8 oz cream cheese, can use fat free
3 oz box of any flavor or sugar free instant pudding
1 Tbsp vanilla or any flavor extract
1 c milk
1. whip the cream cheese till smooth.
2. add the vanilla or extract of you choice, this will give the cream cheese a little more creamy texture. exsample:I made mine for a lemon cake so I used lemon juice.
3. in small bowl combine the milk and pudding till well mixed. slowly pour into the cream cheese while mixing on low. mix till well combine, this will be in a pourable form frosting, frost your item, and refrigerate
4. Refrigerate for about 1 hour to give the frosting time to set up. then enjoy this creamy guilt free frosting.

I have bursitis in my right shoulder and it also acts up every now and then.

So, what is it that you are supposed to be doing for the treasurer exactly? Is he a volunteer position or something? and since you are a paid worker they are making sure you do enough work to earn your pay? Seems odd that they decrease your salary by so much and assign you more duties. Do they want you to quit?

I made a pork loin before we left for Christmas and froze the leftovers. I pulled it out of the freezer this morning for tonight. I also have pickled beets to serve with. Will fix some vegetable and either stuffing/pasta/rice to go with.

when he was home he drank a gallon a day! and then all the cheeses i cooked with he couldn't even handle the cheese cake i made over the holidays
need something Steven will like tonight since it is just me and him and LOL i have been ploughing through JUNK ttoday crazy doughnuts and snowbals and coffee need that roool eyes smilie for myself

AND steven will be hungry! he forgot his lunch this morning and i know him he will not fight through that line at school i am going to take his lunch box when i pick him up LOL i bet he devours it in the car

Deb.. I made this boxed chicken fettuccine from Progresso.. I didn't think he would like it but I figured to have on hand just in case.. but it was so good...but he won't be home until after 9pm.. but for hubs and I am going to make a burger sandwich, (by the way I finished the bacon this morning LOL) and I am going to roast butternut squash and celery root and I have fresh green beans I bought last week.. wonder if they are still good...

Tomorrow I have some orange chicken from Trader Joes in the freezer and Rice a Roni Fried rice LOL....talk about convenience!!!! but it's the no food in the house and scrounge around for something...

So my son was telling me that the star running back on his high school football team, signed a letter of intent to Nebraska...you know dumb idiot me.. I always thought that an Athlete takes a pass on things like ACT scores etc.. my son told me no, they still have to qualify to get in.. and he told me awhile ago, this kid isn't a great student....cause He was talking about going to UCLA or California...up north the Cal Bears...but sonny boy told me that he didn't have the ACT scores or the SAT scores... which is why he choose Nebraska...and looking real quick online, you need an ACT score of 22.,.Being they are such a football powerhouse, I assumed that it would be hard academically to qualify but I guess not....but it's going to be fun to see how he does...

Well girls the doctor just called and my lump is just a benign fiberous tumor. Nothing at all to worry about.

Thank you all so much for the prayers. I know it helped bunches. He said if it continues to grow or cause pain they can do surgery to remove it.

Yes, I really do believe they want me to quick. I think the pastor wants his wife to work the position. I had to do some mailing labels and reports for the treasurer. He was learning the new software but they are giving me more work.
