I got my husband's old car back. He is is doing fine. I will have to take off work again today for his followup visit unless my son brings him a vehicle. It is a sad day when you look out in the garage and there is no vehicle. Since we live 13 miles from the nearest town, I really feel isolated.

Lony.. don't quote me but I believe 2000 steps is a mile and 4000 steps is 2 miles..OMG I will take that!!! Congrats! i just walked 7 whole minutes....just waiting on hubs to get home finally...but he isn't home yet and it's almost 9..

I looked it up and for my height it says 2,186 is a mile so that is awesome. Thanks!!

We are getting rain on Thurs... then the Artic air blows in.. yesterday we got to 74.. but starting on Thurs the lows will be 50..and on SATURDAY..LOLOL THE LOW HERE IS GOING BE 28!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!OMG TALK ABOUT YOUR BREAKING NEWS!!

Holy cow! I love that though. When it gets that cold there we would have to run sprinkles on the orange trees to freeze the outside of the oranges to keep them from ruining.

Our high saturday is going to be 10

We didn't own them but we lived on some land surrounded by them. I only had two trees of my own. I had a whole bunch of trees planted so I had my own apples, oranges, lemons, pears, apricots, plums, almonds and pommolos.

Well yeah but I did scrape off the cheese and some of the muffin got on it.. but not a lot but some.. and I did have the small hasbrowns.. I am walking now...plus the hash brown is 4 points, eggs 2 points each...5 points each for the sausage.. so my breakfast was a total of 18 points, probably another 5 points for the scraped off cheese and tiny bit of muffin, so 23 points!!!.. but being I am a large women ahem ahem.. I am allowed 48 points!!! but hopefully I am done with food, until tonight when I roast my butternut squash, cut into french fry shapes.. those are 0 points...

Well in all honesty, I do thank you bunches...but.. that Devil Melinda got to talking...I am so serious....so yes I was really proud of myself.. but I did eat that small hashbrown and some of the bread I scraped off with the cheese...so it wasn't perfect, but your right, it was an accomplishment...and so far I am up to 16 minutes of walking.. and I need to get up to at least 30... but boy I am like one of the 3 pigs, I am huffing and puffing and ready to blow the house down.. I swear..
