Today I get to go to the laundrymat but I may just take Mike with me. hehe

I am going to make a meatloaf recipe I found on Pintrest that uses a box of stove top stuffing so we will see how that goes.

we have been trying to work on out DIL's car and can not for the ife of us figure out why it will not start EVERYTHING we know to do checks out we callled a chevy dealership and it is 80 bucks just to hook it to a computer for testing let alone anything else after renting a tow dolly to get it down here to work on it none of us have any more to get that done plus we would have to tow it there and it is 30 miles away

anyone know anything about 2003 Chevy cavaliers?
OH and yeah driving yesterday?? my van starts CLACKING fingers crossed it is jjust the serpentine but IDK my poor van has 200K miles on it and it is a 2005
we are working on clearing up the carport and SIGH already moved some of my blowmolds out of the yard i hate it!

Ohhhhh and you can go to the local auto parts store and get your own OBD2 scanner for around 80 bucks. It will read the computer and tell you what codes it is throwing. I know it has saved our bacon more than once.

Hi gang.

Home from work. Just put a couple of large baking potatoes in the oven. Making twice baked taters and steak, and broccoli for me. Green beans for DH. DH is still asleep. The potatoes will take over an hour though so hopefully he will wake up when the food is done.

Hi again. I finished a bunch of stuff already. Woohoo. Taking a water break even though I had 2 cups of decaf already and that counts as liquid too.

Dh did the vacuuming for me so I crossed that off the list.

Chewie.....I am SO jealous of you but happy for you also!!

Hubs and I went out for breakfast this morning and a large group of people all over 75 came in. Some hadn't seen each other in a long while and it was fun just watching and listening. I realized I knew a few of them from yrs. ago at church. This one lady was always so funny. The life of the party. Kind of like you Lony. She had dyed black hair back then and unlike most of us she carried it off not looking like an old hooker. She was a larger built lady but she always dressed to the tee in lovely dresses or nice pant suits. She was a bit loud and always had a smile or a laugh going on. I will always remember her telling me this. Sue, I always have under clothes on that matches my outer clothing. If I die I want to look nice at the mortuary!

I have thought about that many times over the year as I put on my raggedy undies!
I felt blessed this morning just to listen and watch that wonderful older group. They are at the age where they know and understand life. Coffee, breakfast, old friends, and matching underwear. I am sure God was smiling down on them thinking.....now they get what it is all about!!!
