Under 300lbs FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A VERY LONG TIME!!

![]() Yesterday I was 301, today I am 298. I'm so happy. Just had to share it with someone. I don't look any different and my clothes fit mostly the same but this is a big milestone for me. In under three months I have lost almost 30lbs. No one can convince me this is not the way humans are meant to eat. Our bodies respond to this way of eating more than ANY OTHER DIET I have EVER tried. High five for everyone who has reached their mini goal before New Years |

I have set a life goal to never ever be over 300lbs again. At my heaviest (years ago) I was 350 and low carb was the only thing to help. I cant tell you how many diets I have tried but this is the only one that has EVER ever worked for me. I have this feeling it fixes my thyroid or something?? (I went to my GP and tested my thyroid and was shocked when it came back normal.) My next big milestone is to be 250 or under. I'm hoping to get there by the end of next summer! |
