I sure would like to join you all!!i had a bad month only losing .4 for the month.i was on vacation for 12 days did not cheat but added extra nuts and cheese.so gained 5 lbs.but back on track now..

12/01 - 254.4

FINALLY! I hit 255 lbs on October 8th and have bounced around from 256 - 258 ever since then. I swear I was getting depressed with that stall. Now, finally I have seen a number below 255 and I am ecstatic. If Im still below 255 tomorrow Im going to claim it. I see that I wasnt the only one who had a bad month in November. It happens. As crazy as it sounds, it makes me feel better to know that others were struggling too. Does that make me a bad person? I dont want anyone to struggle, but hearing that they did makes me feel 'not alone', ya know?

For the first time in many weeks Im actually excited about weighing tomorrow. I want to claim this one SO bad. If I can keep this up, the 240's are right around the corner and well.....I might just faint. I had to basically do 0-5 carbs per day for 3 days straight (all meat diet) to break this stall. I have now added in some lettuce and turnip greens as of yesterday to give my body some veggies.

Heres to a fabulous December for everyone!

Congrats on the new low!

And NO, you're not a bad person -- I'd been feeling like I was the only one having a bad month, while everyone around me (DH especially) were shedding pounds effortlessly. I also feel better knowing I'm not the only one having a difficult time.

I do the NK of LC ...I love it so I thought I could eat nuts and cheese I think it would have been better to just eat that cheese cake!!some days I have a hard time getting my protein in...

I had the best day yesterday. My dad was the oldest of 12, and yesterday all 10 of his surviving siblings got together for the first time since my dad's funeral 13 years ago. So yesterday was all about family, and not about counting carbs.

*Does a double take* What? WHAT? Could this be real? I think Im about to jump through my computer with excitement. My stall is finally over, but Im not shedding any tears to see it leave. I have a new record.....October 8th till December 1st - my longest stall yet lol.

PRAISE JEEBUS I've seen 252!!!!

December is looking to be a much better month for everyone already. Kali, that is absolutely wonderful about your dads family getting together. Amazing that 10 out of 12 are still living. Hope someone got some photos!!!

They range in age from 50 - 73 or 74. My dad would have been 75 and he was 25 years older than the "baby". The baby is actually younger than my sister and 3 of our cousins.

If you don't mind me sharing, here's one pic. They let me get in this one to stand in for my dad. I'm the lady standing with the uncles. The uncle on the bed had a heart attack on Tuesday which is what prompted the get together. They moved him out of ICU while we were there yesterday...just in time to get pics.

Yes, I've been in MO my whole life. I think Belleville is just on the other side of the river...actually 2 rivers for me since I'd have to cross the Missouri and Mississippi rivers.

Here for accountability...

My lowest is 293. Day after Thanksgiving was 295. Since then I've been really struggling. I have been on a major binge over the last week because this is the way I'm dealing with stress (nothing awful..just everyday stuff but a lot of it) but time of month is within the next week. It is just plain stupid. My weight this morning is 306. I'm so embarrassed coming here and telling you guys but it needed to be done. I'll be back tomorrow. You girls are the best. Thanks for listening.
