I had no idea I could use some of it with my Ipad.. my son said I probably could go to other sources as well.. but honestly Ms Computer no how, I don't even want to try that.. Elizakins.. no for 2 days, he says his stomach is killing him and he can't use the bathroom....I am telling him to drink water and my hubs is telling me to buy Duccalax or whatever it's called..

Chili sounds super to me too but I can't have ground beef yet. Plus I think maybe the spices might be too much right yet.

Good morning. It's Thursday. Weigh in day. First time since Nov 29 on my home scale. Hard for me to believe and wrap my head around this but--------drum roll please. I have lost 32 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If he will eat it, give him some prunes or prune juice. Also, something hot, like coffee or hot hot chocolate will sometimes get things moving. Exercise can also move things along.

OMG LUCKY!! I said that same thing to my son last night, Coffee!!! Your God's sent.. thank you so much....right away my husband wants me to run to the store and get a stool softener and I don't know if I like that idea....

Awww, that sucks! Poor baby! Stool softener should do it, definitely, go get him some because the longer this goes on the tougher it will be for things to resolve.

If you have magnesium pills, use 500 mg--usually 2 and he'll go soon. Or stool softeners work too but take longer. If it's really bad, buy a bottle of citrate of magnesium, about $1 at any pharmacy. It's about 12 oz and he'll go and go and go---within a few hours. It tastes nasty but it works great.

We got DS's ACT report today and he got a 28, just like the other boys here In the beginning I was kind of ....well....but then upon closer observation of the report, it said he did better than 91% of all ACT test takers, so that makes me feel better. Being in the 91st percentile overall and 94th percentile in Science is not too shabby.

He is still going to retake the SAT to see if he can get higher than the 1800s he got last time.

Sue, truthfully, I find it hard to believe. I am thrilled. But also this is hard. I have not had a crumb of a cookie or candy this holiday season. Nothing. But I want to feel better and get healthier and that is my priority. I just have a new tool to help me make better decisions. It's still hard.
