You know sometimes I do and sometimes it hurt like heck...but it really helps me to cook a lot today,,,the next 2 days I can relax....that 50 had to be cut to 40....he told my family..that he loves his father very much.....but that he feels more the connection to me.....it's not the way he put it....he made it more eloquent. Not as bad as I did.

Well, back from the symphony and then the run to pick up the girls form Confirmation class. Fortunately the timing was great for both. The symphony was nice. KC Symphony has a new Assistant Conductor. He is caauuuutte. A real cutie patootie. I asked my husband if he thought that the young conductor was in his 30s and he said he bet he was barely 25!

Hello~! I'm up early because I went to bed early. I had on some grumpy pants when I got home from work so I just wanted to go to bed.

I've got a Stouffer's lasagne in the oven right now. Should be done soon. I just wrapped a present for a little boy. We have this thing called a Giving Tree at work. We pick a tag off the tree that has a gift that some child wants. My kid wanted a zhuzhu pet. I didn't even know what they were until I looked it up on the internet. My kid is a 10 year old boy so I got him the boy-themed battle hamsters.

Those will be the only toys I buy and wrap this year so that was fun.

Well I'd better get into the shower. I tend to dilly dally when I wake up early, thinking I have all this time. Then I wind up being late.

Hi Mona! Welcome home!! yeah those zhu zhu pets have been a thing the last year or two. Fortunately, my kids were a bit too old to be interested in that fad. Whew! I escaped that one. LOL How nice of you to do that though for someone!!

Nope, I don't. What material are you planning to use? I used some white faux fur type stuff for a purse for youngest. Be warned. You could end up with the stuff all over the trailer, maybe even up your nose

Is there anyone old enough here to remember how we used to go Christmas caroling? Sometimes our church group would go and other times a group of us girls would just take off and go. We used to go to the older people's homes. We would just walk up to the front porch area and start singing. Soon they would open the door and listen. Sometimes we would take baskets of goodies to give them. Those were the good old days. No one in their right mind would ever let kids go out on their own now.

Eliza....PLANES, TRAINS, and AUTOMOBILES is one of my all time favorite movies. Steve Martin and John Candy just went together like hot cocoa and marshmallows!

Oh I know. I used to make teddy bears. I am thinking long brown fur for the outside and probably polar fleece on the inside. I am not looking forward to combing all that fur to sew the seams and then use the pick to get all the hair OUT of the seams.

I would have to make my cookies and gingerbread houses first. UGH.. I am the one who is nuts. LOL
