Seedless blackberry jam

Cream the butter, cream cheese and sugar till fluffy. Beat in egg yolk , lemon zest and lemon juice. Add flour and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Shape dough into balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Using your thumb, indent the top of each cookie. Mix jam until softened and place in a zip top baggie. Cut a hole in the corner of bag. CAREFULLY fill the indents of cookies with jam. Do not over fill or get jam on sides of cookies. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until set. Let cool for one min. on cookie sheet then transfer to wire rack.
**I use the zest of a whole lemon and juice of one lemon. But I like mine really lemony.
OMG...you are killing me... They looked great and sound better..

Oooooh such a sweet price. I don't think I would use the Kohl's cash...so that would make it $163, but still a good price. Hmmm I will have to think on it. Thanks KCMama for letting me know.

Well it didnt' take me very long to think on it. I ordered it!! Thanks so much KCMama. Love that website BTW. I signed up for it. Think they'll let me join even though I'm not a KCMama? It will get here between Dec 13th and 19th. Too bad not sooner to help me out with my holiday baking....but expedited shipping would cost a small fortune!

Yay! I didn't look at each step to see that they were also using up Kohl's Cash. Do you have any Kohl's Cash? I rarely end up using mine. Kinda like the CVS and Walgreens games I don't like to do them. Yeah, I like that site because they are local and I get my local grocery deals! You will have to show us a picture when you get it set up. Did you get to choose a color?

Lony, the recipe for the lemon blackberry cookies sound fairly easy to me. I might be able to handle it. As long as I don't have to roll out to 1/4" thickness or use a cookie press......I can generally get by.

Nope it is easy, roll into balls and make an indent with your thumb. I cheat even more and use my cookie scooper and the handle of a wooden spoon.

broke my recliner last night it is lazyboy but dang how to explain to the stoe the part we are needing ? ugh and it was over 7 years ago of course i do not have the receipt! but they would still get the part in free for us IF i can figure out how to explain it to them i am not packing this chair down there to them! lol if we had them repair it they would charge apparently only the parts are free for life

You should take a picture of the broken part and send it to the store. Or you could do a search for diagrams. I just did and it produced a lot of search results.

Sorry I've been so absent. I had bronchitis which explains why I've been sick for the past month, lol. Finally the 3rd antibiotic got rid of it. I'm feeling better. Still maintaining....actually I think I lost another lb or 2. I'm loading up on vitamins to try and keep myself healthier through winter. I've also started exercising again. I'm sick of letting this asthma rule my life.

It's white. It didn't give me a choice. I was looking at the artisan ones on the Target website and was going to pick the tangerine color, but this deal is $100 bucks cheaper and for that sort of cash, the color isn't really that big of a deal to me.

Thanks everyone. It sucked being sick. I think everyone in the house has been sick already with one thing or another. I'm glad I'm better so I have the energy to grocery shop and cook again.
