237.0 this morning, that's another .8lbs down. *cabbage patch, cabbage patch*. I was worried because we went out to eat at this amazing Italian restaurant and man, I wanted to eat everything! We got a Mafia queso appetizer and I had a couple tsp off a spoon, and did dip a little piece of crunchy garlic bread in it, but I chewed it to taste and spit it out I had a "meat" salad and ate half. Then when I got home had a little cottage cheese and wf jam, and a ricotta/egg wrap with cheese. That was all my food for yesterday so it couldn't have been more than 1222 cals/30g carbs.

Funny, 237 was when I first got up, double checked as usual, then finished getting ready for work. Before I got dressed, weighed again, and was 236.4 I'm not taking the second one because then I'll get sad tomorrow lol. Come on 235.anything...

Ok tentative menu for today: (this is the max I will eat, I'm going to try to go lower because I want to make up for yesterday)
B-coffee/1 S&L packet
L-Tofu/veggie hash w/1 poached egg
S-tuna/mayo/mustard/jalapeno
D-2 ricotta/egg wraps stuffed with 1 garlic butter tilapia filet, sirracha mayo. 20 medium shrimp.
S-Strawberry protein shake consisting of 1 scoop PP, 1c almond milk, ice, and WF strawberry syrup.

851calories/18.41g carb

I'ma tryin to catch up Nikki so we can get into those 220's together. Do we dare shoot for the teens????????????????? 220.6 is the lowest I've been.

Hi-
WOOHOO Michelle-WTG on working out and on eating right!

Nikki, Karen and Abber-KUTGW and staying on track!!

June-MISSED YOU SO MUCH!! Glad to see you posting. Sorry the nerve pain is bad with the tower computer use. Hang in there and WTG on staying on track-losing slowly is still losing so KUTGW!!

Eating on the road is hard but June and Michelle are kicking butt doing it right even with salt and tempting carbs staring you down!

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone here. You inspired me to pull it together. I 've been trying to eat cleaner-stuffed bell peppers without any rice just mixed together browned and drained ground beef, diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano and some cream cheese then stuffed it in the cleaned out pepper and baked it for an hour and a half, egg salad, shrimp, lettuce and cucumbers, trying to listen to my body and eat slower and stopping before I'm stuffed. Well it seems to have worked and whatever bloat/water weight came off and I hit a new low weight today 285.2 That means I've lost 47.1 pounds since the day of surgery and I'm so close to -50. Maybe..just maybe I can hit -50 by my support group meeting next Thursday-that would be nice. I don't know if 3 pounds in 7 days is likely but I'm going to try! Thanks again to everyone who has been posting-sometimes I don't say much especially if things are hectic and crazed and I don't get to be on the computer much but I see your menus, hear your struggles are the same as my struggles and it all really helps.

**hugs**

Happy weekend to all and big thumbs-up to Michelle, Nikki, Laura, on the losses! KUTGW everybody.
Today (friday) -
B- coffee with cream, atkins peanut butter bar
L- Zantigo - 2 chicken tacos, no shells, and a bowl of green chili
D- 2 grilled pork chops, broccoli and cheese

I'm waiting for the lbs to start dropping again. The first few weeks i was losing super fast, and now, nothing for a week now. From what I gather, this is pretty normal, just kinda frustrating at times.

Sorry I've been AWOL for a few days...I've just been tending to my wounds, working on slowly losing, but it seems either I have to go all out to lose or else I steadily, albeit, slowly, gain. I was 200.0 even this morning. I am eating very carefully this weekend, hoping to ditch some water weight and hit some part of 197 Monday morning.

Congrats to all of you eating right and taking care of business. It IS work, but the results are worth it. June, nice to see you again!

I don't always have something I feel is worth posting, but I read often and love hearing from all of you. The hard work and dedication are inspiring. Happy Weekend!!

Good morning ladies! Thanks ... I stepped on the scale 3 times this morning and each time it was 229.8!! I'm so happy to see the 220's but I think I'm going to stay off the scale for a few days because I woke up to TOM this morning .

Have a great day ladies! to all!

Great job Nikki!

I was retaining to 241 yesterday, but I'm back down to 238.8 this morning. My low for last week was 237. My goal this week is to get to 233. I know wishful thinking huh. I'm sure going to try.

Going to a step class tonight.

Yep, I was pretty proud of myself. Everything happens for a reason I guess.

Back down to 237.4, just .4 above last weeks low of 237. I'm feeling good about this week. Come on, gotta catch up with Nikki, come on body!!!!

Abber-are you losing well with the Atkins bars? They always stalled me. But maybe because if I buy more than one. I'll eat more than one Lol. The cinnamon bun are my favorite. I usually eat a good part of the box.

I may try to find a class to take today, there are no step classes today. I will be taking one from them tomorrow, then an ab/glute class Thursday. But I felt so good after yesterday, I want to keep it going. I don't think I want to take a body pump class (I think it's weights?), but maybe body combat or body attack? Ive never taken either and I don't want to look dumb.

I do need to keep my mind busy and try to stay positive and about myself, since me and my bf are not speaking. After I saw his ex Sunday I flipped (yeah because I'm still insecure, I can't help it), and he hasn't too much spoken to me since. Usually I would be a mess and crying and freaking and not taking care of myself, but that is not an option right now. There's a whole world out there if things don't work out between us. And I have to get my body/mind prepared just in case. Not saying it will, but you never know.

Alrighty, my menu:
First off I'm out of tuna
K-B-coffee/sweet n low/maybe a blueberry protein shake if needed (no, not real blueberries, Walden Farms Syrup!)
L-Um, 2 poached eggs? I can't remember what all I have here at work
S-eggs or protein shake?
D-either greek shiritake w/tilapia, or maybe a couple turkey burgers? Today is up in the air. I don't have my tuna to fall back on.

Michelle - I lose just fine using Atkins products. I limit myself to either 1 shake or 1 bar per day. I like them because they're an easy way to add nutrition, and they are tasty.

Today -
B- 2 eggs fried in butter, 1 Atkins dark chocolate protein shake
L- salted-in-shell peanuts
D- 1 avocado and 2 cheese sticks

I started a new supplements program today, I'm going to be taking a women's multi, omega 3, biotin, magnesium, and psyllium daily.

YAY! To Michelle and Nikki for their exercising and to Abbs, Michelle and Nikki for staying on track with good food choices.

Hope June is doing well and that HT, Karen and everyone else is doing well too!

I'm down 1 more pound today but not sure I can get down two more by Thursday to hit my goal...we'll see. If not, I'll just keep going until I do. Been struggling with stress and financial issues. Trying not to stress eat.

See ya later..gotta run some errands. Hope everyone has a great day!

Good day ladies!!! Hope everyone had a good weekend. Mine was good and I stayed on track. Everyone seems to be losing and doing good, but Laura I think I found your 1# loss on my scale yesterday morning. I think my culprit is sugar free life saver mints, even though you can subtract the sugar alcohol I think it really stalls me and the pork rinds that I just love w/tuna mixture thanks to MIchelle. Michelle if we were close enough I would see that you never ran out of tuna.
Menu: B- 2 beef sticks/2 cheese sticks
L- tuna mixture/pork rinds
S- sugar free jello
D- 2 fried eggs/bacon
no diet cokes today or yesterday. more H20
Starting 1/01/12 WT 301#
1/31/12 299#

Odd question Aweighs, do you think the pork rinds with tuna kind of makes the pork rinds taste like crackers? I do and I think I've lost my mind Lol.

Michelle I really, really luv the tuna mix w/pork rinds and yes I think they taste like crackers. I think I actually end up eating a whole bag before I get thru with my tuna. I always ate pork rinds but now they taste so much better with the tuna mixture. I usually make 2 cans of tuna at a time. Is that too much? Also seeing today where you didn't have your tuna as your standby, I just thought that if we were neighbors, I would never let you run out or go without your tuna. I always appreciate everyone ones suggestions and advise.
