Wow Nikki, you are so tiny. How much more are you planning on losing?

I have a question, how is your excess skin effecting you? The more you lose, does it get less?

Thanks Michelle! As of this morning I'm 170.2. I want to weigh between 150-155. So at lease 15 more lbs. I do have lose skin on my thighs, tummy and arms but its not that bad. The place that it bothers me the most is my arms because thats what others can see.

Hi my sweet friends,
I am back from a painful but necessary trip to get my divorce, finally. In a few days, it should all be official and over. Seeing my ex didn't quite go as planned (I cried in his presence more than once) but that is ok. His jaw didn't drop, it didn't change anything for him that I had worked hard to transform myself and I doubt he felt any regret at all about his behavior or choosing to fail in our marriage. Oh well-but my trip was full of many NSVs-I did not have to ask for a seat belt extender on ANY of the flights, only one older rude guy gave me the "OH NO!" look when I sat beside him on the plane. I could sit with the arm rests down and the tray table down with no problems. I sat in chairs at restaurants without any fear of them breaking or needing a sturdier chair. My legs didn't swell as much as they have in the past and the jet lag wasn't as bad. I had all kinds of energy and walked where I wanted without problems in shoes-including high heels-with no problems. Life was just easier and more free, less stressful. I felt pretty and sexy in my new clothes (well, I still hate bras but I wore them and they do make my chest look better) and so I walked with confidence. I have been out on some dates with a couple of guys since I got back and one of my dates told me tonight (on our second date! *yay!) that he finds me adorable...and then he kissed me..and it was NICE... so life is good and getting better. I am at a new all time low as of this morning at 264.4 and have a goal to get to 255 by November 1st. BTW, Today, Oct 19th, is the one year annivesary of my surgery..and what a difference a year makes!

Nikki-you look AWESOME and so petite! Congrats and KUTGW! I hope WW pics you as someone to feature/highlight. You are an AMAZING success story and an inspiration not to mention you are a HOTTIE!

Michelle-WTG on staying on track and working out! YAY!!!

June-Keep doing the right things and the weight will come off. Thanks so much for your previous post..I agree and am working on it.

Just wanted to drop by and post my menu. I'm back on plan yet again. The alcohol is what kills me then I say screw it and eat badly. So day 2 sober and back on plan.

B-coffee, sweet n low packet, 1 string cheese, 2oz chili lime pork rinds (was out working and had to grab something at the gas station. Day 2 of back on plan yet again)
L/S-Vanilla Iced Frappe w/1 scoop protein powder. It's making me very very happy.
D-Probably steak and a salad or zucchini alfredo or shiratake alfredo and a piece of tilapia. Not sure.
S-If needed, 1 greek Oikios yogurt.
S-Also allowing for a coffee or iced coffee w/Land O Lakes SF Whipped Cream.

I'm still trucking along here. Trying to reach my goal weight by New Years. I have been eating a little more this week because of added stress. The bakery manager is on vacation so I'm doing the managers job and mine. She comes back Friday and I'm counting down the days. Lol

Yesterday I could not stop eating due to severe alcohol cravings, and I had to keep my mind and mouth busy (all lc foods, though), so I gave in to the lesser of 2 evils and ate and ate. I can only imagine how many calories I consumed. So today, trying to keep myself in check. It's going to be super hard because Halloween is my favorite holiday, but this year, I think it better to pretend it's not Halloween, so I don't have more alcohol cravings.

B-coffee, lots and lots of coffee today (just like any other day lol), neopolitan tofu pudding
L-I have no idea. I have shiratake noodles and rice here, but anymore, I just can't stand them unless I can pan fry them to get the fishy taste out and all the excess water gone. I may have to have some, though.
D-Clackley said ground beef and shiratake stir fry, but I think thin steak and shiratake stir fry sounds more bueno

I have been stress eating myself. I need to get back on track. I blew it badly today... and since I did I am going to have some ramen noodles which I have been craving-so tomorrow morning I am starting out fresh and low carbing.

That is so awesome Nikki. I'm just so proud of you. You look fantastic now. You really are an inspiration to me.

I'm doing well this week. Doing a meat/egg fast, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand. No alcohol! That's what always holds me back. Alcohol, not food, is my problem. If I can stay away from it, I can stay on track. It's not been easy, but every day I tell myself, ok, if you want it tomorrow, you can re-evaluate it, just try to get through to night. And so far it's working.

So I finally weighed to see what the damage has been over the past 6 months. 245 I've gained 40lbs. I know I can get it off but sheesh. I knew that's about where I was. I just needed to bite the bullet and see the number to get the motivation to get back on track for good.

I'm just going to try to pretend it's not the holidays lol.

So I'm going to do lower calorie but mostly meat/egg.

Today I haven't eaten yet, just been too busy.

This weekend I worked my butt off and ripped my bathroom apart down to the studs and put a new floor in. All by myself. It was so much work and all my body hurts lol. I got the new floor in and new toilet mounted so we can at least use the bathroom. Now I need to try to get my shower in. I'm kinda using internet videos and advice from my brother on how to do all this. I'm a self made carpenter. I bought a jig saw and an awesome blade and now I feel like I could take on the world lol.

hi girls well christmas is over and time fo rme to get back on Lc .
went out to mac ds and got a salad with 2 meat pitties dh had a mac rid and cheese b and chicken temders lol. i felt good about eating my salad with just the meat.
so the plan is to go food shopping tomorrow to get a weeks of food i should be good to go after that. all the christmas stuff is gone, I really did not make that much at all this year. there was no reason i am the one that eats it all. so how is every one doing ? How was yall Christmas?

I'm still here. I will be starting fresh tomorrow. My bf said he's going back on lc with me and we are keeping all alcohol out of the house. That's always been where my problem lies.

Hello ladies!

Are we all ready to rock & roll? I know I am! I am done wasting the years and not seeing my goal.. this year I WILL see it!

Got a new scale. Meh! Weighed me 8 lbs heavier and I suspect I was actually that much heavier to begin with seeing as my old scale was ancient I adjusted my starting weight accordingly so I don't lose any of my pounds lost...I am too stingy to let them go!

Doing ok over here, still irked about all the drama with my scale New scales stink!

Plotting exercise for today and finally remembered to take measurements to start tracking. Ugh, I always hate those beginning numbers!

I'm here ladies. I'm going to go ahead and start a new thread for the year since we do only make 1 a year. I did great last year, got down to 204.5 and then blam. Life happened and it got away from me. I'm at about 250 now. Back on it, going shopping today and getting all my ducks in a row.

Oct I really hope you can stick with it. I know how much you have struggled staying on plan. Just try to come post often, it really helps. Staying away from Alcohol is my biggest struggle.

Danielle My first goal is to catch up to you lol. I should lose about 10lbs my first week. At least 7 from water weight. I hope anyway lol.
