I am back, just returned today. I don't even remember my old user name. I lived in DFW TX. My weight has been a constant roller coaster. almost 600 to 343 to 407 to 267 to 320. Restarted low carbing on Sept 3rd. My goal is 250. MsDawn

I am back too. Remember when the Century Club was busy, busy with so many new daily threads? Back in the day I never really went to the Main Lobby to read or post because so much was going on here in the CC. I'd love for us to generate more support right here again.

I am back also.

In 2003, I went from 325 to 240. Since then I've fluctuated between 272-325. I am now 300. I started on Monday. My goal is 200lbs.

I'm trying to come back. Just everytime i start I end up cheating and not sticking to it

even though I know this is the way I need to eat and the only woe that worked for me.

Yup totally remember those days. The CC used to be a happening spot. I really miss it. It has gotten a fair bit more busy in here the last few months - perhaps we can get it rocking again

I'm here off and on ( well, its been more off than on over the past few months) Nonetheless, I'm trying to more "around" these days.. I remember the *old* gang too...

Weight wise, I been doing fairly good,..not perfectly great mind you, , but certainly way better then even I myself would have earlier predicted. With the exception of a re-gain of exactly 20 lbs over the past 12 months ( DH and I separated, i moved twice, job change, now we are working on getting back together,... and so on... none of this is a plausible excuse though..) ..

Anyway, minus the re-gain, I'm still maintaining a solid loss of well over 100lbs

This I'm very proud of!! I'm SO glad that it was only 20, could have been a whole lot worse. I honestly credit much of my maintaining to exercise. I'm now strongly back on track LC wise and those 20lbs are becoming a thing of the past..

I hope more of *us* will pop in, come out, or just do a quickie to, if nothing else, just say hi...

I'm trying once again to get back on track...I'm such a slow loser that i end up falling ok not falling but leaping off the wagon but I'm going through so much stress (MIL is dying, husband cheated, son diagnosed with PDD etc) right now that i don't want to gain weight so i'm hoping that getting back on LC will help.

I'm from back in the day too but I've always had too big of a mouth to be a lurker. It's so great to see so many familiar faces. I'm 100% convinced that the emotional support here is the secret to success with LC.
