Never left... just got fairly quiet.

I was actually on the original board as Goddess711 but when the switch over happened it wouldn't let me bring my name.

Been DarkSiren ever since.

I remember being on either during my pregnancy or right after DD was born and OMGosh she's 12yrs old this year.

Really loved the Century Club back in the day.

Maybe if we get enough of the "old" crew back in here we will get more of the "old vibe" back in too!

I used to be on here, can't remember when, maybe early 2007? I lost about 60 pounds. Since then, I kept most of it off for about 3.5 years. Just started regaining in the last 4 months. I HAVE to get back on the wagon! Any inspiring, encouraging words would be welcomed.

Yea....I'm back too.....

I had great sucess...man...EIGHT years ago now. Lost a great deal of weight on Atkins. I don't know what the start weight was but I know I got down to 255 for sure. I'm almost positive I started right around the 350lb mark.

Anyway....eight years later...put it all back on and then some. Took a hit when I lost my job and declared bankruptcy but I am back working again making good money.

Thing is...I'm so miserable all the time now. My sister lost over 140 lbs and is really enjoying life again. I love her to death but I am more than a little jealous.....and more than a little PO'ed at myself for letting me get this way once again.....

One of my HUGE issues is that I am a rampant procrastinator. I always put off everything until the last possible moment....if I do it at all. I never finish what I start and I always seem to go through life in a constant funk....not healthy. I just can't figure out a way to make that switch turn over in my brain to....I don't know....motivated, positive, and energetic.....

Anyway...enough whining....I'm here again at 378 lbs on November 27th, 2011. I want to get down to below 200 lbs. I'm 38 years old and I have a lot of living left to do. It might not be pretty. It might not be perfect. But I know that IF I follow the LC lifestyle I will be sucessful in my quest to lose over 178 lbs.....

Hi All....I still lurk here off and on......I was great friends with soooo many back in the day...Had some awesome support that got me down....now years later I am trying to get back on track......I KNOW lowcarb works....just have to DO it! Great to see ya all here.
Wonder how KathyCan, Meriweather, Jugo, Dibblee and who can forget Dobie and Bonbon are doing. Have lost track of many of them....hope they stop by and say Howdy.
