Induction Friendly Sweets?

I'm on day three, almost four, and I am seriously craving something sweet that is induction friendly. Throw out some recipes if you have them! I did sugar free jello pudding in the past made with heavy cream, but are there other options too?

Thanks!

Lots of great stuff/ideas here: "what to eat when you crave something sweet"

what to eat when u crave for something sweet

Personally, I drink hot chocolate (heavy whipping cream + cocoa powder + stevia or your preferred sweetener).

I also like almond butter with a little maple syrup (portion control is obviously key...usually no more than a teaspoon of maple syrup to 1 tbs almond butter).

Atkins may not allow nuts at first -- I don't remember. But I eat under 20 or 25 grams of carbs daily and fit in at least one sweet a day.

Some of us have found that the supliment L-glutamine helps the sugar cravings. Also
look at our low carb recipes for chocolate bark .

I have found that the cravings go away faster if you just suffer with it. for me a pice of bacon or cheese will help will the sweet cravings. Artificially sweetened food never fools my body and tends to make my cravings more intense. But that is me. I really never get them any more.

Yeah...I ended up suffering through mine last night.

Can you believe I went to two stores and neither one of them had SF Jello?? The only other store in town was closed and I came home annoyed. lol

Probably all the better though: the sweet tooth is gone today. I'll look into getting that L-glutamine....or at the very least keep a pack of bacon on the fridge at all times to munch on that when it comes knockin' again.

L-glutamine and pickles

If that doesn't work then coconut oil bark (check the recipe room).

Good luck!
