I decided last minute to take a trip to North Carolina to see some houses. We are moving sometime this year and my dh got his preapproval for our home loan. I've been emailing him houses I'm interested in and he has been driving around looking at them but I decided it is wrong that he gets all of the fun. So me and my dd jumped in the car and drove down here. We will be hitting the road here shortly to look at some houses. Wish me luck!

Ok, sooo I knew I was going to eat off plan, and BOY did I

So this morning I was up a little less than half a pound, but after a trip to the bathroom (I Love Magnesium ) I am back down to what I weighed in at yesterday, which is lucky considering I had a Burger W/Bun, French Fries, Ice Cream, Chicken Tenders, and Some Wheat Thins (My weight yesterday must have been lower than what it actually was (since I weighed so early) because I'm sure I am up a little in weight since yesterday). None is regretted though, back to LCing today and then probably back to meat & egging on Sunday/Monday. Have a great day/night everyone

LOL, small world. I don't have chickens anymore since I had to find homes for them all after my house burned down. I was able to keep one, Nadine, NN Frizzle, that I hatched out from an egg from someone on BYC. (I can't remember her name but I'm sure you will know her. Lisa maybe? I just looked it up... Dipsy Doodle Doo.) She died in January. She was almost 4 years old.

So, I had a cheat meal last night. We went to Burger King for dinner and I had a Chicken sandwich and a small french fry. Then, for dessert, I had a Twix Ice Cream bar! I'm really shocked to see my weight down this morning, but I know sometimes it takes another day to see it on the scale. I am prepared for it though, and will be back on plan today and drinking lots of water!

Tami - Congrats on the new house! I felt kinda guilty reading your post with Laura as I was eating my fried chicken egg with turkey sausage, like I was eating your chic's relatives.

Michele - I have small carby treats on the weekends myself and it keeps me feeling less deprived than being 100% strict. So far no issues with eating too much or falling off the wagon because I know the next weekend if I want a portion of something (insert your fav high carb food here) I can have it. So you got it out of your system and are back on plan and focused so I see no issue with your small cheat.
