It looks good to me. Your menu looks pretty similar to what mine look like on most days. I always have a veggie at dinner. The peperoni gets me into trouble with all the sodium. I would just make sure and get plenty of water in.

I switched my menu a bit.

I took the baby to the Dr. this morning so I didn't get my morning tea for snack. I just now had 10 peperoni slices for afternoon snack. If I want tea later I will enjoy a cup.

Mondays are my least favorite meals. Since I commute from chicago to St louis.

Today was an order of eggs and 2 sausage patties from McDonlads
Lunch was the guts of a large Abry's roast beef sandwich
Peanuts for a snack
Dinner will either be a piece of fish or a beddar with cheddar and some green beans

FYI if you are following Atkins and are on induction nuts are not induction friendly

I had:
B coffee with 2 splenda and half n half
L Chile rellenos casserole (leftover from last nights dinner)
D 2 chicken legs and broccolli and cauli
Dessert Cherry jello cheese cake with splenda sweetened whipped cream.

MBK806, I second Lilsassy on the nuts information! and Reva on the pepperoni (it's ok to eat, but might not work out as a daily thing due to the sodium and effect it will have on bloating and how the scale behaves)

Lilsassy!!! Do tell about the Chili Rellenos Casserole!!! I've been talking about making Chilis Rellenos .... I like to make casseroles much more than other fussier things ...

Thanks! Found it .. I think. It's one of these?

chile_relleno_casserole

chile_rellenos_bake

I am hoping it's the top one .. since I can't use mustard (dd food allergy) and I find it makes a difference in recipes when I leave it out!

Pepperjack was pretty limited, and expensive for me so I used jack. I did use the cheddar on top! I think you will be very loved! If they like lasagne try that greenbean one, it was good, couldn't really taste greenbeans, but very lasgne like! He thought he wouldn't like it, he hates vegies, but likes green beans. He had 4 pieces! Lol

Sounds like we need a food porn thread!

To post pictures here, you have to have them hosted somewhere like picturetrail.com or one of the other free hosting sites. You get a free membership, upload the photos and then they give you a special "url" to use in your posts for that picture. I have had my account for probably something like 6-7 years, have never had to pay anything and the photos are still there ...

hth!

I have used photobucket since 2003. I have never had to pay a dime and I really like the site. Pauline, I agree with a food porn thread.
