Well I am back at it
After losing alot down to 320 I gained it all back I am at 364 now with health issues, my cardiologist told me that if I dont get it off I wont see 60. So its TIME to get serious again well I have said that before but there is too much on the line now so with some help from genaw.com and my george foreman lol I am giving it a shot. I love some of the stories on here maybe I can be one soon.
I am starting with Induction so the next two weeks will be tuff. Thanks and look forward to posting some positive results. Oh are these ok the link below I am an ex smoker and they are my crutch I just never figure out the alch sugar counts Sugar free Life Savers |

and glad you are feeling the energy already! As far as the sf life savers, I think you'll just have to watch it and see. If they cause you hunger or cravings, you'll want to ditch them. Unless you are eating a lot of them they probably won't slow your weight loss down. As far as how to 'calculate' sugar alchohols....well, it depends on which ones and how your body responds. A lot of people just calculate half---so if one serving has 10 carbs from sugar alcohols, you are probably pretty safe to count that serving as 5 carbs. HTH |
