A married couple was
in a terrible accident where the woman's face was severely burned. The doctor told the husband that they couldn't graft any skin from her body because she was too skinny. So the husband offered to donate some of his own skin. However, the only skin on his body that the doctor felt was suitable would have to come from his buttocks.

The husband and wife agreed that they would tell no one about where the skin came from, and requested that the doctor also honor their secret. After all, this was a very delicate matter.

After the surgery was completed, everyone was astounded at the woman's new beauty. She looked more beautiful than she ever had before! All her friends and relatives just went on and on about her youthful beauty!

One day, she was alone with her husband, and she was overcome with emotion at his sacrifice.

She said, "Dear, I just want to thank you for everything you did for me. There is no way I could ever repay you."

"My darling," he replied, "think nothing of it. I get all the thanks I need every time I see your mother kiss you on the cheek."

Lucki~ I always have something that can be popped. You can sit and hold me. That is always good.

SO today was long but I am happy. Food has been good. Exercise will start tomorrow. I am going to walk with the Lunch staff for a half hour each day.

Melly~ You tell your girlie to keep up the good work. She have some good memories of this time. Sounds like they are holding their own.

Listen to lucki. Mic ultra has a moldy butt.

As for the chicken...butterfly it, stuff it with sliced onion, peppers, ham, cheese etc...roll it up... sear it all around, then bake it off. When its all done, pull the boob outta the pan and de glaze with some broth or bourbon. wilt a bag of spinach or greens in there and add a splash of vinegar and some salt... Eat up.

new years - back to the gym

good morning !! i wanted to make a quick post because (1) my last one was so short and (2) i wanted you to check in - with yourself - where your at after spending 2 weeks in the new year. I like this midpoint in January because it means I get to go back to the gym! It generally takes 2-3 weeks for most of the people who joined the gym in the new year to revert back to their old habits which include not coming to the gym so more room for people who keep going to the gym! I have been working out in my cold garage for 2 weeks and I want some heat during my workouts ! I also want to stop having to look things in the garage !

OK so two easy questions !!
(1) Where are you at ?
(2) Where are you going ?

Have you started the new year hard and focused but lost it all ?
Are you keeping it up but do not think you can keep it up for much longer ?
Is this year virtually indistinguishable from last year and your still in the same place not moving, not grooving, and having your mind just spin its wheels without your body moving an inch ?

If you are in limbo, faltering , never started you NEED to go back to these two simple questions. Very Very Simple yet many people never take the time to even ask them let alone answer them. Ask yourself these questions now!!
This is about YOU !! Know where your at, know where your going, know where you want to go, make them the same, know why you want to go there, then get a strategy to get there and if you do all that the only thing you have to do each day is EXECUTE EXECUTE EXECUTE the plan !!

mic ultra... hmmm I dont know about the moldy bottom. after my evening I am ready for one. I was supposed to go to my hairdressers house to get my highlights done and when I called like I was supposed to she acted like she did not remember. She is a girlfriend of a friend of mine and DH's. Then said she would have to see if she could find someone to watch her little boy. I wouldnt think I was being blown off but shewas the one who mentioned doing it tonight because the place she works at does not do color and would have to do it on the side. I just asked her when she thought she could do it and she picked tonight. She was supposed to get back to me and it is now almost 7 I talked to her at 4
Then I was blown off by two other people So I asked myself three people hmmm maybe it's me ... eh prob not
Then I tried to go shopping to find a black sweater, could not find any that I like.
What is up with all the short sleve sweaters?
So I am irrated to say the least I wantecd the sweater to wear tomorrow to my interview for the new post. I was excited and in a good mood until I was blown off by three people. Eck maybe I will have the mic ultra moldy bottom or not.

OH and I need help again. Tomorrow in the interview i have to list three good qualites and three bad qualites of course the bad are supposed to be good. yall know how that goes
bad I have over organinzed , I am my own worst critic
good I am flexable, I enjoy helping others and sharing my knowledge so they can succeed in their job ( my co workers are always asking for my help)
so that is two for each
any thoughts?

NOT ENOUGH LUCKI TIME! HAhahahahahaha

Harper,
I am focused and motivated and everyday so far I have stayed that way I tell myself I have made a goal and I GET TO CHOOSE.... so I choose to eat right, exercise, be positive and on task.

Shelly,
Maaa Daaaaa .... uuunnnnccle.
Wanna do my end of the year statements?

skeeter, I am no help with interviews. Try not to take that kind of stuff personally. Sometimes people forget, get busy, get tired, change their minds. No worries. Did you cook that boob?

Kyle's surgery is tomorrow. They are doing reconstruction and then will start chemo again. The dr say he should be able to keep the leg barring infection. As for the cancer, he told Mom that Kyle should live a good long life. Now I am not sure how he can say that and mean it 100%, since osteo can be very aggressive. He does have two lung spots and they will likely need surgery too. So I don't think I believe the dr, but I am positive all the same. I think Kyle has been amazing through all this. He smiles all the time and seems very happy. So anyway, tomorrow is the day. Prayers, candles, healing thoughts are all appreciated for him.

Cooked the boob(s)
last night ranch chicken ( dry ranch seasoning with two tablespoons of "wet" ranch coat and bake) served with a salad and corn for DH He is not doing low carb but I try to sneak in good choices on him....
I ate mine last night wrapped in a low carb tortilla
Tonight boob is sprinkled with roasitre seasoning will send green beans with DH for his dinner tomorrow.
