Lucki... yes I am a spitter. We can blame it on Shelly. She keeps calling my dog while I am work and teaching her bad words. Then Lucy feels the neat to eat soap to make herself feel better for swearing. But Shelly is educating me on other stuff.

jenell im taking it little steps at the time as well! short goals.. small goals .. reasonable goals.. i saw on the news or somewhere about how people fail is they set unreasonable goals..a nd they also set BROAD goals.. u need to be specific.. put a date down and make sure its REASONABLE!

so i made it through ONE day and thats HUGE! im so proud of me!! today is day 2.. i have the headache from hades and TOM is about to show up..but im making it!

pray for my hubby.. he was laid off yesterday and today was very hard on him not going to work.. they shut his plant down.. and theres NOTHING out there.. but we are blessed! we have each other.. he will get unemployment he got a small severance.. and God is good! but pray for his spirits! and for me to be understanding supportive and not to stress!

Caro My exhusband's gm plant shut down... and I have agreed to reduce child support... but again with that plant closing there were all the little plants around that kept them supplied that also closed. So will be a very long recovery... So I will have a extremely tight budget, like I didn't before. They all get jobs...

Positive thoughts and words..... From a friend of mine.

If you haven’t done it already, write down your weight loss, fitness, and/or health goals for this year, including what you plan to do to make those goals happen. Then, go through your list carefully, looking for negative language—don’t, won’t, stop, avoid, lose, quit, never, etc. Wherever you see something expressed in negative terms, see if you can change the wording so it expresses what you "do" want to do, instead of what you "don’t" want to do. Plan rewards for sticking to your performance goals pretty well over a certain length of time, like 2 weeks or a month (but don’t expect yourself to be perfect—if you stick to your plan 80 to 90% of the time, you’ll do fine). Come up with 5 POSITIVE GOALS for the next 4 weeks and stick to them. Forget the result, let's just practice the positive. We all know this works, but practice makes perfect.

I will keep ya'll in my prayers. I know it is isn't pretty right now.

Pansy...I am trying to set little goals things I know that I can do. So then I will feel so much better about things and not feel like I have to swim the Ocean to get there.

See ya called my home phone. But I do have caller ID and I saw that you called and I called you back. I have this theory that with Caller ID it doesn't mean I have to call you back. I can call you back if I want to call you back. But if you leave me a message then I have to call you back because otherwise it is rude.

I think you have caller ID for screening purposes. Ya see that Kentucky number and you think "Ah...it is the perverted nutter calling, do I answer? Ummm nope send it to voice mail. "

When was your thingie on? My thingie is never on....

I have Wii Fit. I like the Wii Sports better, but with the fit you can do balance, yoga, aerobics, hoolahoop, skiing ..i think...it's been a while since I turned it on...With the Sports you do tennis, baseball, bowling, boxing. I love bowling and baseball. Good workouts when ya actually turn the thing on and do em.

'Tis a lovely day out today. Nice big snowflakes swirling around, the temperature is 32 so it's not bad out. It is actually starting to accumulate a bit, the ground is getting whiter. It's not melting a lot, and it's better than the freezing rain we had yesterday. Glad it warmed up and melted or we'd be hurting with a thick glaze of ice.

Making ribs for tonight. Stuck them on the grill last night for a while, indirect heat so they would get a good smoke flavor from the hickory wood chips. Since it was in the low 30's last night, I just left them on the grill to cool and brought them in this morning. I'll toss them in the oven for a few hours on low heat and covered to finish them off this afternoon. Should be falling off the bone when I get done....

I am up 2 lbs since the 17th. So I guess in the grand scheme of no exercise and Christmas treats that is not terrible. I am not thrilled though and I considered not weighing in at WW today. But I will face the music.

I bought a new balance ball yesterday and will start some Boot Camp vids today after the meeting. I do want to start getting the workouts done before 9am from now on too.

Are you all going to write your 5 things to practice for 30days?? Here are my 5 things..

1. I will do some kind of workout before 9am, 5 days a week.

2. I will get more vegetables and fruits back into my day.

3. I will be relaxed and positive. I need to change my tone of voice from snappy to happy.

4. I will get organized and finish the things I have started.

5. I will ask for help when I need it and let people help me.

well i guess kayt covered it all...wii fit is more of a fitness system. like your own personal gym. wii sports is definitely for fun but you'll get a work out for sure. i like golf and tennis and bowling. we should have our own bowling league or golf tournament.

i have no idea when you called the last time..i got the message the next morning so you could have called after i went to bed. as far as the caller ID is concerned: we don't get the chance to leave you perverted messages!! just listening to your phone ring is rude!!!!!!

my small personal goals non diet non food is to pay at least one person a compliment a day, to remember to say please and thank you and you are welcome
and to learn how to take a compliment.
So I took a test today on the assistant coach post. Excel and credit reworks so tht means I am in the running depends on how I do on the testing. I am sure there are more to come I hope I did ok the credit rework test was a little vauge on what they wanted us to do. eh if I get it i get if not oh well

well i find it hard to believe that at this hour i am the first one posting this morning! where is everyone???? i am so glad today is thursday..that means tomorrow is friday, payday and the end of a busy week. i have evaluations due next week and i haven't even started them! i had so much paperwork for the end of the year to do and i STILL haven't been able to get things together for our inspection..but i got the bill yesterday so they aren't coming before we pay that!!!!
