i couldn't get the little video ds17 took but maybe it was better off!!!!! it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much fun!!! Think i've recaptured the excitement i had last year when i got it. NOW, i have to find a way to get 500 miles on it before May. Think i am going to take a ride through the mountains to Rodeo...an hour away....several times!!! Will be my weekend getaway thing........WOOHOO!!!!!

morning peeps.. today is a new day.. a new beginning and the start of my 2009.. ive played.. im skimmed ive messed around.. ive done well then stopped.. ive gotten to my goal and then gained some back.. ive said i dont care when really i do..

well 2009 is gonna be my year.. im tired of sayin that next month or tomorrow or whenver or im destined to just be unhappy with me.. im gonna learn to love Pansy in 2009.. and im gonna get myself healthy and happy with ME again! i have to for my own sanity!

so.. im back on weight watchers as of today.. ive got my menus planned.. my lunch packed and even stuff for the munchies taken care of!!! got my little notebook ready to record my food intake and im ready to roll!

so keep me accountable! keep me going.. and ill do the same!

this wii is starting to kick my butt for sure!!! i am having alot of issues with the balance exercises. my semi circular canals were damaged in a car accident when i was a kid......i feel like i live on a boat now!!! i hope it gets better cuz i'm really doing bad!!!! i'm down a lb tho! after 5 days of nothing but WII!!!!!!!! ok so I got down to 170 but after the steriod they put me on with my sinus infection I have gained back five so I am trying to stay on plan eat supper clean and avoid my downfall... sugar free candy.
Seems like when I am stressed ... which is often with work and whatnot... I turn to chocolate
better than the real deal but I know it stalls me
that and mic ultra does not help either or at least not for the weight loss
I am resolving that this week I am gonna jump in with the rest of yall who are excersing and get my booty moving.
I am going to try harder to get my water in and to cook something new at least once a week.
When I find new and yummy things to cook I will let yall know!

They note the parm chicken as zero carbs... but parm cheese does have carbs.. You may want to count as one... Looks good though.... thanks !!

yeah I never pay attention to what the carb count says on the reciepe since it can differ with product etc.
I am working on my resume (yuck)
since I had to do that recovery last month it wiped mine out but probably good that I am redoing from scratch
two of the upper mang came to me last week and asked me to apply for a job opening in the company
made me feel pretty good about being asked, even if I was not the only one and may not get it.
the plus side is that it would translate better into other jobs than my current position though and is a good stepping stone for the postition that I really want with our company

Yeah Know what you mean... And it still feels good... Working your way up in a company look real good when you look outside the company for other jobs as well.

if your higher up's asked you to apply then they are watching you and think you're a prime candidate. Even if YOU think you won't get it, act like you will. Interview well and it'll be yours. I'll be happy to take a look at your resume too.
