I love riding with Deb. She is a great sport and her laugh is wooonderful! She also remembers little silly things I say and gave me a sweet gift to remember it by. Now when I am cooking, I look up and remember our tour around San Diego.

Shelly, All the things you don't have...my list for the care package is getting big hahaha

Okay... I am very down tonight.. I know I shouldn't let things bother me but sometimes it is really hard to be an admin. I got a pretty mean email from someone that I didn't deserve. I really try to help people here. I know I am a good admin and I am very fair so I guess that is why the email really did bother me. It is like when you are an admin people forget you have feelings. The email was truely hateful.. and after reading it I felt sick to my stomach..

Sorry.. I felt the need to talk about this a little..

I hope everyone else is having a good weekend and is eating on plan. I love you guys... really I do.

Cheri girl. You know how I feel about ya. Honestly, you can't please everyone. I do hope you don't take things to heart and remember how many you have mentored, helped, pulled along, propped up, advised and even loved. Many Hugs to you.

GP, Look forward to the new avi. You just need time. You'll get the hang of the WOE and it becomes second nature. Try not to be a slave to the scales, concentrate on eating clean and well and be patient, because there will be times you will not lose any weight, but will lose centimeters. So write down you measurements too and we are here to help with any questions... or butt kicking.

GoatFarmer can't figure out what has gotten into me. I told him it is the weather. I think it has been gray and yucky and it makes me frisky. So I get a little more nutty than normal.
