What have you changed about you other than the weight

I'm not only a more active person but I am a more active mom.

i'm way more active. I have repainted almost every room in our house and I never could have done that before.
I also am more outgoing and cheerful then ever before. I smile sometimes for no reason, just because.

I am less suspicious of others and their motives. No more carrying around a big chip on my shoulder. I am more confident in my actions and behavior. I just assume that other people will like me.

.. and yes, of course, I am more active in my daily life!
