Hey I'm checking in! I have fallen off the wagon pretty hard lately. I've been back on starting on Monday of this week. I really don't want to weigh myself for 2 weeks because I know the number will depress me! I know I've had to gained weight so I hope I'm down to my signature weight by that time.

Just bite the bullet and weigh yourself Stacie. I've played that avoid the scale game too and it never leads to anything but more gain.

Chances are much of your weight gain is just water weight anyway. If you weigh yourself now and then in a week, you'll be feeling great because you will be back to losing again versus a week from now still being scared to get on the scale and not really knowing where you are.

Morning Ladies

Weighed this morning and I am 276. Two lb gain Measured and I have lost 3 1/4 inches, hands r swollen so I figure Im retaining fluid. Going to increase my water intake today. I have been really bad about drinking the water I need.\

WTG for all that lost and keep going to those of us that didn't. We still have alot of time

Hi-
I am UP to 293.7 this morning. Think it was the chinese food from yesterday (hope it is just water retention...dunno) Woke up with a low blood sugar this morning so had some carbs to get it up-not a great way to start the day BUT at least I'm alive and still kicking! I get another chance to fight the good fight!


Sharon and June-sorry you guys are up on the scale but congrats on the inches shed! WOOHOO!

Sad to say but I am bouncing up and down on the scales I hve lost 5 3/4 inches but the scales r not showing it. Other day I was 274, this morning i am 277, go figure To those that have lost, congrats, to those of us that hve not, hang it there, its got to come sometime. I have not been above 15-20 carbs a day since May 23.. that whoosh fairy only has 11 days to produce a 12 lb whoosh.....she better hurry up and whoosh me

hello all im down another 2 pounds this am no i aint gonna make goal but ill get as close as i can get , with the funeral and the waiting for someone to pass for over week was so hard and the whole family is from the south so everything was fried but i did manage to stay on plan and lose a lil while i was gone....... So im playing catch up!!!!! few more days to lose as much as i can lol

Hi everyone I hope everyone is doing good. I've been teetering between 330 and 335 for the last 2 weeks and when I stepped on the scale this morning I almost fainted, LOL. I'm now at 324.2 and happy. I know I will not make goal this time but I'm gonna try my damnedest to get as close as possible. Congrats to everyone who has lost, and to those of us who are struggling...keep at it.

Fonda, Just keep doing the best you can do and when things are better, you'll be glad you hung on.

Friday is the 4th of July and try as hard as I am, might not lose as much as pledged BUT I'm going down and not up on the scale and that's what's important. This challenge has helped so much!
