Lucki, thank you for reminding me to do the sequence for my knee - I really think it helped. It's not nearly as swollen. I've also used it for my fatigue, and yesterday I had really weird aches in both my legs, and I used it for that. I think I had some kind of bug yesterday because I just felt sluggish and achey and hardly ate all day. I feel much better today - not like I'm literally dragging my carcass around to where it needs to be.

I find myself resisting the tapping - at first I did it a lot. I don't know what that's about. It literally only takes a minute, and has really helped with a lot of things, including anxiety that I was experiencing awhile ago. And yet I'll resist doing it...

Anyway...thank you for that suggestion.

you're welcome kim.......

Good to hear Shelly! Glad he has left it alone thus far. I am up early too. went to curves already had a good workout. i really like it so far. I think I am losing too but i am going to go by their scale for now. they weigh once a month so that is a good thing too...it will help me to stay off of mine...however i did get on mine this morning and it looks like a 4 lb loss so far.....keep your fingers crossed that this works. my heels feel better since joining too. maybe the problem with that right now is the achilles tendonitis. anyway.....i'm happy and excited!!

i hope nick does well today with the braces.......erin (dd18) gets hers off in july. btw she is no longer going into the navy. she's dating someone and is getting an apt with her two friends in august. she still has not answered the question however about what SHE is planning on doing about a job or school so i guess i'll have to keep working on that one. However, they all three want to move out here with me next year to save some money so they can move to CA. At least she is considering it!! i was hoping for it to be sooner but i'll take whatever baby steps i can get!! She'll be here next week and guess what?? I got called for jury duty the day before she gets here!!!!! WOOHOO!!!! I hope I don't get selected.....it's past the excused part....hopefully when i call there won't be anything for me to report to. I really hope we don't have to cancel the trip to CA....we already paid for the hotel.......keep your fingers crossed.

Well i'm long winded today...sorry....hope everyone has a great day!!!

morning all ,

cool scooter. I wish they made one with a trailer for kids. LOL I could go all over and not worry about cost. Maybe i could tether the quad stroller?
well my kids are doing ok with the sleeping issue....only cause i broke my own rule and they are both sleeping in our room. NOT in our bed though - in their own beds. let me tell ya it has made a HUGE difference. I get to sleep comfortably all night. I still have quams about it...but the pros of moving them in totally OUTWEIGHED the cons. And last night i think i witnessed a night terror. My 2 yr old woke up all confused and not knowing what to say and was breathing fast. I sat with him until he fell asleep on his own again. Crazy stuff i tell ya.

Braces.....I am glad we are done with that....now all I have to deal with is not losing retainers.....btw.....think insurance might pay for them

I left work early yesterday to go to Aliyah's All City Track Meet......this was the final big one.....the 7th grade girls took 1st Place!!!!!! They all ran a victory lap around the track.

After that I went to urgent care....my appointment with the podiatrist is not for 2 more weeks and my foot is friggin killing me. So they did exactly what I thought they would...xrays, pain meds, anti-inflamitories and a "keep your appointment"......that is it. The "think" it "might" be tendenitis Bottom line is....they really don't know

Shelly I am glad to know that Rupert is not turning out to be a carnivore

Yo!
I've been over at veggieboards.com. Been having tum problems. I started eating vegan a week ago. It's going great so far. No dairy, eggs, or animal meats including fish. My uncle reversed his prostater cancer this way, and my sister's dad shrunk his prostate tumors in 2 months. I got too many things wrong w/ me and cancer in my family, so I figured what the hell. It's supposed to help thyroid, adrenal glads and diabetes too. I would love to see it it will help my adrenals and get off this coritisone someday.
I'll be popping in & out.

We actually have to go to the basement for an hour after work here at the TV station. While they were airing the storm it came right over us. Things were cool here, but 15 miles away baseball sizze hail was smashing through car windows.

Quite frankly it sounds like he's doing drugs or way too much alcohol. I'm sorry for you and the kids.

i have the appt with the lawyer because i am going after primary custody with him having visitaiton and im going for child support.. we have always split things down the middle .. now hes 2 1/2 mos behind on mandys braces. (his part which we split) i had to reschedule their eye appts at least 5 times b/c he cant pay.. i pay their lunches, school supplies, clothes, medicine, dr appts, everything.. he never pays me back..one day their lights were even cut off.. he has fleas in the house and wont do anything about it.. he has a sewage leak under the house nad the house stinks to high heaven.. hes cut the older kids phones off as punishment for NOT helpin aroudn the house. the kids dont wanna be over there..

they are stressed out, sad, upset, depressed and HURT that he would choose some girl over his kids.. he got money out of his 401K and told me he was gonna just pay his half of the braces so he wouldnt have to worry about the payment (this is after he told me 3 times he had made a payment and i get the statment and he owes over $250) he took that money and sent it to his girl for her daughters surgery.. cant get his kids eyes checked or braces paid but can do that! ?????!!!! this woman has him wrapped up one side and down the other.. his parents friends pastor everyone has TRIED to talk to him .. hes a different person.. hes totally blinded by the enemy..

so.. thast it.. i worryabout my kids.. i cry at night b/c i remember what it felt like for my dad to choose his life over mine.. my dad and i have reconciled but its hard for him he lost my brother and missed out on so much and Bill is doing the same thing..

so i need prayers and support and good thoughts!

I had a purple moped with a red helmet and white box on the back to carry things when I was growing up. My little purple scooter.

Ummmm I hope she moves out there too Lucki. Let me know how you like Curves. I like it and have gotten back in the grove. I also am walking with my best friend. She is really motivated. We walked 3 miles and are doing 15 minute miles. She is really excited about that and I am not sure why. But she gets all excited about getting our heart rate up. She is also planning my wedding. I am not sure about that either because I am not sure what I am with the Goat Farmer but by the end of summer I plan to find out.

Shelly...I want pictures of this dog in his S&M clothing.

Melly....I am sorry your feet hurt. I think you should have people in your family rub them.

Don't talk about eating Cat he will get all excited.
