 Mellykayt - hope you can see on vaca! have fun! jenell- thank you ....so are you!!! we had a lot of fun yesterday...we went on a mine tour and then ate WONDERFUL mexican food...we ended up at a chapel built into the mountain in sierra vista.....i have some pics and will post later...it's such a beautiful view!! at any rate....we had to hike up to it. straight up. it felt both good and bad!!!! with my swelling problem..i'm up a couple today so i will be drinking lots of water.......hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.

Katy, I hope your vision turns out to be something simple to take care of - have fun on your trip! I have a day off today!  I have been working my patootie off! The new schedule for May actually had me scheduled every day from the 1st through the 12th!  When I pointed it out to them, though, they gave me today and next Sunday and Monday off - so I'll still get a lot of hours, but I'll get a breather here and there. I'm covering a lot in a different department because that manager is going out of town for a week, so it won't always be quite so much!Weight is holding steady  Hopefully I'll get it moving again soon. April 20-something is when I first started trying to lose weight last year, so I've lost a total of 55 lbs in that time. Not as fast as I'd originally intended, but at least it's been an overall downward trend, and I'll get there eventually. I still have so much left to lose, though!Anyway, I'm rambling... I'll catch up with you guys later - I need to finish cleaning my pit...errr... house. Shelly - I hope Rupert's settling down a bit and you're able to get some sleep soon.  Fatcat - I love the avi!  Cosmic - happy that you sound so happy and the goat farmer is so...enjoyable. Anna - as always - I love ya!  Everyone else - here's a  a la Loner!

Well I hit all time high today of 165. I haven't weighed this much in 4 years. This is a 13 pound gain in a month! I don't know what's wrong with me. This is freaking me out. NO SUGAR TODAY!
I want to join Curves and am a little upset. I started new job 3 weeks ago and Friday night came down with bad pain and numbness in my right hand & arm. From the fingers to the shoulder. I know it's from data entry. I had carpal tunnel 15 years ago, but didn't think it would come back with a vengence in such a short time. This is the dream job I've been praying for..... feels like I can't catch a break. I wish Curves wasn't a one year contract, because if I can't use the machines after a period of time.....

Well here goes .......trying to catch up with a quickie.......
We are waiting for the doctor to call to schedule Darrell's test(s) and that is all we know for now. He is feeling pretty good and trying to be careful of what he eats. I am calling the doctor tomorrow to get an appointment for me foot. I can't take it anymore. Between walking that dang lot all day and trying to walk a little for exercise I am about to cry over here  You would think that in the morning after not being on it all night it would be better but that seems to be when it hurts the most. Something has got to give because I truely am about in tears and I need some relief.....NOW!!!!We picked up our new mattresses today and I listed my old ones on Craigslist for free and had tons of calls.....needless to say they are gone!!! I am washing up all my linens and matress pad and getting my new bed ready for tonight.....who knows....maybe Darrell will feel like....uh neva mind....that falls under t.m.i.  I am doing a round of induction.....Lord be with me and don't let me kill anyone  Lucki the pics are beautiful.....I really love the 2nd one......you could frame it....btw are you still coming hoe this summer? I wanna see my sis Wendy you can do this girl.....do you need someone to call and motivate you daily....I am volunteering if so  and Muffie, Quizz, Shelly, Pansy, Trvlpk, Hippie, Kayt, Leann and anyone else I missed

I have my new bed all made up.....I can't wait to sleep in it. It is higher than the last one and it was high. Reesey has puppy steps at the bottom so she can get up on the bed. The first time she tried this one she hit the side of the mattress and fell.....she wasn't expecting it to be so high My girlfriend was telling me something interesting about mattress warranties, interesting but gross, she works for Ethan Allen. She said that mattresses are only intended to be used for 10 years and that at the end of the 10 years they weigh 15 - 20 lbs more than they did originally....why you ask? Bed mites and dead skin  |

I take 5000mcg of biotin a day (have for years) and not so diligent on my vitamin supplement. I don't know it's all that high in the B's. What does this help Lucki?

Just popping in real quick. I have lecture this am, then need to get to washing clothes and packing the RV and make a lsit of things to take for the client and to take to the lake.
