Hi Girls

Waving to all here...even though I have not been here
your still the bunch I will return to as soon as I can get myself back in the mindset to be serious about losing again...it is just not there now and I can't seem to make it happen.

I have not done much damage but the will to do it is just not there no matter how much I wish it were.

any ideas on how to bring my weightloss mindset back>>
