Back to start again

Yes I know how many times do I have to restart this, you would think hello if it works once ya would not stop right well okay Im a hard headed woman give me a break. well Iam glad to see so many are still here working so hard at this way to go all. I also did notice I have not gained it all back so thats a plus in my favor . This time I am going to make sure I keep taking a multi vitamin and drink more more more water. Oh yes and I did accomplish something huge in my absence from here. I quit smoking 5 months ago . So now if I can do that I can lose this weight right, right. I did have a alot going on when i stopped atkins this last time and I was so sick and we thought form this but may have been another medical issue so Im going to try this again and see how it goes. Wish me lots of luck and I will need alot of friends to help me win this battle.

welcome back. I did the same thing you did. Years ago a lost a ton of weight and then got real sick. We couldnt figure out why, but I started thinking it was this way of eating. I am back now and I know better. It was probbably just a bug and I had no carbs or vitamins at all in my diet back then.

Day 6 of induction restart

Been going very smoothly this week, tomorrow is weigh in and measurement day. It took all I had not to weigh this morning got to get over scale obsession. My only problem is it has been so hard to eat 3 meals a day. I have never ate 3 meals a day, but I'm trying to do it. Then I have been wanting to do some workouts but I'm limited on what I can do and how much due to my back so my therapist keeps a tight leash on me and lets me know what I can and cant do. I have therapy 2 times a week but he said I can come up there and do a few things each day like walk on treadmill and my ball exercises and he will be there so he can help me with anything I may need and of course to be sure I'm not over doing anything. Last night I made the spicy sausage "rice" casserole from linda sues site and my was that good and even hubby and son liked it and said it was a keeper. Thats a big plus for me so more meals they will eat with me makes it easier for me when I don't have to make 2 separate meals. well anyways just wanted to give an update.

First week was a good week down 4 lbs from 321.5 and todays weigh in 317.5 A small lose but a loss never the less. And lost 1 inch in waist and 1/2 inch in hips was hoping for more but will take that. I have to quit the hoping for more all the time thing I got going on and take with happiness what I have done. I didn't gain it overnight , I'm not going to lose it overnight.

I'm doing well and I really think I'm getting into this more then that last few times due to I'm making my meals a lot more interesting, I have made 3 different things from Linda sues recipes and I even did one today of my own. I made an enchilada quiche type thing with left over enchilada sauce from last nights red enchilada chicken, anyways so I added my hamburger meat and some rotel and cheese and eggs and wallah it was very tasty and was not eggy tasting at all. Im really finding Im doing better with meals by making these type things that have a lot of taste and bold flavors. Maybe that sounds weird but its seems to be working for me.

Its another good day, I so the lord will keep helping get thru each day one day at a time. I was so not hungry at all today pretty much had to force myself to eat something at eat meal time, not that thats a bad thing its not considering before this I was hungry 24/7 so doing this plan works well to keep me from being hungry and that is a blessing right there.

I had my physical therapy today , love therapy days
15 min stationary bike
15 min treadmill
10 min on assorted ball excersizes
5 min elliptical, he wouldn't let me do over 5 min for today to see how I do with that sort of movement on my hips and back.
15 min massage (favorite)
12 min ice and tens which is (electrical pulses) another favorite part

B- tiny slice salami (was not hungry)

L and D- hamburger patty, spinach, celery

32 oz water so far
