Hey guys, I'm just starting out, I only lost 30lbs, and have a long way to go, so I'll share what I lost so far.

These body shots I'm going to show, aren't from before I started, I started taking front and side views starting Last month in June, I wish I would have done it in the beginning.

But I think there is a slight difference, this is once I started exercising.
Here is a before early on, before I lost weight the first time, so you can get an idea of my side profile when I first started, the 2nd go around...

Holy Crap!!! Diane, you look amazing and like YEARS younger!!! Wow, seriously, you have given me hope. I'm currently 226 and I would really be SO happy to get to 189 and look anywhere near as good as you do!!!! Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, and how are your arms...any loose skin? This is the area I worry about! and one more question...how tall are you?
